This technology first develops corresponding detection methods for various bacterial residue, which solves the problem of accurate quantification of residual drugs in biomedical bacterial residue; studies and develops different treatment processes for harmless treatment of bacterial residue with different physical and chemical properties; Since there is currently no explicit regulation on the limit of residual drug content in bacterial residue, this project actively carries out agrochemical experiments and toxicology experiments on various bacterial residue. Based on the relevant conclusions of the experiments, the harmless technology of this project has been set for residual drug content assessment indicators and the formulation of relevant enterprise standards; Based on the different physical and chemical properties of mushroom residue before and after treatment, and combined with the actual needs of various places for resource products, this project has invented the technology of preparing mushroom residue into qualified products such as organic fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, and soil conditioners. It only takes 1-2 hours to minimize the harmful influencing factors of bacterial residue residue, and the removal rate of harmful factors of various residual drugs can reach more than 99.99%. Based on 10,000 tons of waste residue, the annual hazardous waste treatment volume will be reduced by 10,000 tons, and a revenue of 15,000 - 20,000 tons of resource products will be generated.
