Brief description of technology
Activated carbon is used to adsorb organic waste gas, and after saturated adsorption, high-temperature nitrogen is used for desorption and regeneration. The solvent produced by desorption is condensed and separated and then recycled. After pretreatment, organic waste gas enters an activated carbon adsorption tank for adsorption under the action of an adsorption fan. After saturation, the flame retardant gas nitrogen is used as a heat carrier for desorption. The desorbed high-concentration waste gas enters the condensation equipment to obtain part of the organic coolant. The coolant and condensed recovery liquid are separated by an oil-water separator and then enter the solvent storage tank.
technical information
VOCs purification rate ≥95%, treatment air volume: 1000- 150,000 m3/h; exhaust gas concentration: 100- 15,000 mg/m3
Commercial applications
1. Sanying Packaging (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., waste gas treatment scale: 280000m3/h; 2. Shanghai Haosheng Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., waste gas treatment scale: 5000m3/h.
investment recovery period
Due to the low concentration of organic waste gas in this project, the recycling benefits brought by the recovered organic solvents can basically supplement the operating costs of the treatment system.
