The clutch hydraulic valves in existing DCT transmissions all adopt open-loop control methods. The system has a relatively simple structure, low cost and easy implementation characteristics, so it has a wide range of use. Because it is an open-loop system, the entire system is susceptible to various external disturbances, and it cannot effectively supplement the wear and tear in the system, resulting in low control accuracy of the system, and it is easy to produce shifting jitter over time, which cannot meet the requirements of modern driving comfort.
The patent "Clutch Closed-Loop Control System and Control Method for Dual Clutch Gearboxes" was applied on September 29, 2010 and authorized on March 20, 2013. The invention patent discloses a clutch closed-loop control system and a control method for a dual clutch gearbox in the technical field of automobile transmissions, comprising: an oil pressure sensor, a PI controller and an adder, wherein the oil pressure sensor is fixedly arranged in the clutch execution valve and outputs a hydraulic oil pressure signal to the PI controller; a signal output end of the PI controller is connected with the input end of the adder and outputs a feedback current and a target current; a signal receiving end of the PI controller is connected with the output end of the adder and receives a current error value; and a command output end of the PI controller is connected with the clutch execution valve and outputs a control current. The invention overcomes the problems of vulnerability to various disturbances and poor accuracy in the existing open-loop system, simplifies the multi-controller structure in the closed-loop system, and improves the response time of the system and the reliability of the system.
The first product of the DCT360 series transmission using this patent is matched with the new Roewe 550 produced by Shanghai Automobile. It matches Shanghai Automobile's 1.8L (naturally aspirated) and 1.8T (turbocharged) engines. Mass production was achieved in 2013. On the basis of this platform, the DCT360B expansion project, which supports Shanghai Automobile's AS21, BP32, and New MG6 models and matches Shanghai Automobile's 2.0L and 2.0T engines, achieved batch production at the end of 2014. In addition, the DCT360C expansion project supporting Zotye Automobile is also under development and will achieve mass production in late 2015. Currently, some of them have achieved small-batch production.
