Key innovations
The innovation of the SCR denitrification catalyst preparation technology lies in that: ultrasonic treatment is used to prepare the nanometer titanium dioxide carrier, the catalytic active components are efficiently added through a mixed precipitation method, and the catalyst forming method is optimized. The catalyst has a denitrification rate of more than 80%, a SO2 oxidation rate of less than 1%, and a NH3 leakage of less than 5ppm, with excellent performance.
Potential economic benefits
This technology benefits from national environmental protection policies and market expansion, and can bring catalyst sales revenue and denitrification engineering technical service fees. Its high denitrification rate and low by-product characteristics enhance market competitiveness, patent protection increases product value, and is expected to achieve significant economic benefits.
Potential climate benefits
This SCR denitrification technology efficiently removes nitrogen oxides. By optimizing the power plant flue gas treatment process and reducing auxiliary energy consumption and chemical consumption, it can indirectly reduce carbon emissions from power generation operations.

Solution details

Introduction to the results:

The research results are SCR denitrification catalyst preparation technology, which is mainly used for the removal of nitrogen oxides in coal-fired flue gas treatment systems of power plants. The main technologies include: (1) a complete set of catalyst preparation processes from raw materials to finished products, containing nano titanium dioxide carrier preparation, addition of catalyst active components and honeycomb catalyst calcination and forming. The main technical innovations include the application of ultrasonic treatment in the preparation process of nanometer titanium dioxide, the addition of catalytic active components by mixed precipitation, and the catalyst forming method. The denitrification rate of the prepared shaped catalyst is greater than 80%, and the SO2 oxidation rate is less than 1%, and the NH3 leakage is less than 5ppm. This technology has now been applied for and obtained many national invention patents.

(2) Engineering design of SCR flue gas denitrification. A number of bidding and technical design projects for SCR flue gas denitrification projects have been completed.

Application prospects:

Due to my country's emphasis on atmospheric environmental pollution control and the formulation of relevant laws and regulations, the market for coal-fired flue gas denitrification is expanding day by day, so SCR denitrification technology has broad application prospects. It is hoped that we can cooperate with relevant companies in development to complete the transformation of the catalyst preparation process into industrialization, and at the same time, we can directly provide technical services for the actual project by undertaking the flue gas denitrification project.
