The equipment composition of the "D Series" hydrogen production system: electrolytic cell: breaks down water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen; gas-liquid separation framework: separates hydrogen from water to obtain 99.99% pure hydrogen; optional hydrogen purification device: If necessary, hydrogen can be further purified to fuel cell quality (99.998%); water supply system: converts tap water into clean deionized water suitable for electrolytic cells; control system: centralized factory logic and safety control system; rectifier cabinet and transformer: converts AC power into DC power for electrolytic cells. Equipment characteristics: The flow channels of the electrolytic cell are optimized and improved, and the alkali liquid flow distribution in the electrolytic cell is more uniform; the new bipolar plate structure makes the electrode surface potential-current distribution more uniform, the electronic conductor ohmic loss is smaller and the DC energy consumption is lower; the gas-liquid separator with the new structure is more compact in volume and higher in separation efficiency. The new alkali liquid cooler adopts a multi-pass layout, which makes the structure very compact while considering pressure drop; the system starts and stops with one click, and data acquisition and monitoring are fully automated; The overall configuration of the system is optimized and adjustable in a wide range.
