This project belongs to the field of resource and environmental technology-air pollution control technology.  This project is the first in China to develop high-strength pure polytetrafluoroethylene gradient membrane filtration materials. High-temperature resistant, high-humidity and high-corrosiveness polytetrafluoroethylene fiber has been developed, which solves the problem that traditional polyester filter materials cannot adapt to the high-temperature, high-humidity and high-corrosiveness smoke environment.  This project invented three-dimensional stretching process technology, developed and manufactured PTFE microporous membranes of different specifications, solved the defects caused by single molecular weight, and made up for the insufficient problem of mechanical properties of the microporous membrane in a specific direction after film formation. After three-dimensional stretching, the microporous membrane has a three-dimensional network three-dimensional structure, has good mechanical strength, and significantly improves the filtration efficiency and service life of the microporous membrane. The microporous membrane can simultaneously realize controllable processing of the thickness, strength and micropores of the PTFE membrane. A fast and stable heating system for heating rollers, a high uniform linear pressure forming and control system for rigid-flexible pressing rollers and real-time online monitoring technology have been designed, and a preparation process that can be efficiently produced has been independently developed. Integrated innovation has successfully developed a complete set of production equipment for PTFE gradient membrane filter media.  The technical level of the PTFE membrane filter material products independently developed by this project is at the international advanced level, and its filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.999%. The product price is within 35% of similar foreign products, which greatly reduces the production cost of domestic users and has good market application value. In August 2011, it was rated as a national key new product. It provides high-quality and low-cost updated products for the development of environmental protection equipment in my country.  The search and expert review of this project show that the project is novel and has good market application value, and is at the domestic leading level and internationally advanced level. A total of 4 patents were obtained, including 3 invention patents, 1 utility model patent, 1 book was published, 5 papers were published, and the second prize of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and the first prize of the Pudong New District Science and Technology Award.  The products of this project are mainly used in PTFE filter materials for dust removal of high-temperature corrosive flue gas. PTFE filter materials have been widely used in waste incineration, coal-fired power plants, steel industry and other industries, and are key materials for my country to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. one. At the same time, PTFE filter material as a filtration and separation material can also be used in the field of gas-solid two-phase separation in corrosive high-temperature atmospheres.  At present, the products of this project have accounted for more than 70% of the market share in the waste incineration industry, and have gradually expanded their application in the steel and metallurgical industries. In the past three years, new profits and taxes have exceeded 100 million yuan, and foreign exchange has been generated by US$21.91 million. All of these have made significant contributions to my country's implementation of the principles and policies of energy conservation and emission reduction, making my country no longer controlled by people in the key field of PTFE filter materials., and some of them are exported to earn foreign exchange, saving the country a lot of foreign exchange.  According to the "National 12th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Harmless Treatment Facilities for Urban Domestic Waste", my country will add 1793 new waste incineration facilities during the 12th Five-Year Plan; according to the "On Further Strengthening Urban Domestic Waste Treatment Work Opinions"(Guo Fa [2011] No. 9), by 2015, the harmless treatment rate of urban waste will reach more than 80%. Therefore, with the promulgation and implementation of the new "Environmental Air Quality Standard (GB 3095-2012)", the demand for pure PTFE coated filter materials in various industries such as waste incineration, power, steel and cement will also increase year by year. Pure PTFE coated filter materials have great market potential. At the same time, it can also make due contributions to the realization of my country's 12th Five-Year Plan energy conservation and emission reduction plans.
