Due to the adoption of high-Mn, high-Ti and high-Nb composition design, and the rational use of fine-grain strengthening, solid solution strengthening, phase transformation strengthening and precipitation strengthening mechanisms, this series of products not only has high strength, but also has excellent cold formability and low-temperature impact toughness. and weldability. Thanks to the full-process shape control technology, this project has successfully solved the worldwide problem of difficulty in shape control of high-strength thin gauge steel plates, bringing the shape quality of high-strength hot rolling series products produced by Baosteel to reach the world's advanced level. In the past three years (2010-2012), the cumulative production of the series of products developed has been approximately 300,000 tons. According to calculations by Baosteel's financial department, the cumulative new output value has been 1.51636 million yuan and the new profit has been 160.79 million yuan.
This project has also successfully developed high-strength atmospheric corrosion resistant steel with yield strengths of 550MPa and 700MPa, with a cumulative trial production volume of approximately 20,000 tons in the past three years. Steel plates have high strength, high atmospheric corrosion resistance and good cold forming properties, and are widely used in container and other industries. It can achieve reduced production of container steel, reduce energy consumption and emissions, and is a sustainable, environmentally friendly green product.
This project has successfully developed welding materials (gas shielded welding wires) with tensile strength of 600MPa-800MPa with independent intellectual property rights, and studied supporting welding process technologies. The developed welding materials have successfully replaced imported products, greatly promoting the application of high-strength and high-toughness steel plates in domestic manufacturing.
In terms of user use technology, it solves the problems encountered by users in processing such as shearing, hot cutting, and forming, and compiles a user manual for hot rolled high-strength structural steel for construction machinery, further promoting the application of hot rolled high-strength steel.
A total of 6 authorized invention patents have been granted for this project.
According to calculations by Baosteel's financial department, a total of 1.51636 million yuan of new output value and 160.79 million yuan of new profits were achieved from 2010 to 2012. In 2010, it was recognized as a Shanghai City High-tech Achievements Transformation Project (No. 201009396). In 2010, a tax refund of 1.24 million yuan was realized, and in 2011, a tax refund of 2.87 million yuan was realized.
The results of this project have reached the international advanced level. The products of this project have been put on the market in large quantities, and at the same time it has driven the development of domestic hot rolled high-strength steel, realizing the comprehensive replacement of imported products by domestic high-strength steel. This series of products has been widely used in engineering machinery, automobiles, containers and railway carriages.
