 wastetireThe treatment of human rights is one of the serious problems facing people today. In order to meet the ever-increasing material performance requirements. Tires are developing in the direction of high strength, wear resistance, stability and aging resistance, but at the same time it causes the problem that abandoned tires cannot be naturally degraded for a long time. A large number of used tires cause black pollution that is more difficult to deal with than plastic pollution. On the one hand, precious rubber resources are wasted. This project is mainly used for automatic recycling of used tires. The mechanical equipment of the project is processed using physical methods and will not pollute the environment. The plastic glue produced meets EU standards, making it the first in China. The automatic control system of the production line adopts SCADA architecture, including automatic control, testing, etc. of the production line; the production management system adopts the concept of Industry 4.0; and cloud services are used to realize the management, control and coordination of each production line.

 The advanced Industrialization 4.0 concept was applied to industrial automation sites to realize the recycling, recycling and treatment of used tires. Through advanced process processing, tire recycling materials have achieved a leap from recycled rubber to plastic rubber. The combination of cloud service processing, SCADA technology, and industrial IoT technology has been used to realize the integration of the production management system of the automated production line of used tires. Applied to automatic recycling production line control of used tires, local and remote production management.
