

The company was entrusted by the Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to undertake the research work of the "Research on Countermeasures for White Map Replacement Blueprints" project, exploring the way for the application of white map replacement blueprints in design enterprises and the entire industry. On this basis, it proposed a delivery and application method with digital documents as the core to promote technological progress and efficiency improvement in the industry, digitize enterprise ISO processes and standards, and clarify various control nodes in the process and information collection standards. Based on this, a digital management and control platform for the entire design process of the enterprise engineering consulting industry has been built. As a result of the project, 7 key technologies for digital management and control throughout the design process of the engineering consulting industry have been completed: key technologies for production and management collaboration; key technologies for electronic signature control quality links; key technologies for enterprise digital certification integration; key technologies for integrated application of PDM systems and enterprises in the engineering consulting industry Key technologies, key technologies for collaboration between archives and production, key technologies for off-site quality control, and key technologies for knowledge accumulation; a total of 2 digital management and control process standards for the design of the engineering consulting industry have been completed: Designed full-process digital management and control process standards; designed full-process digital management and control archiving standards; developed a full-process digital management and control platform for design in the engineering consulting industry. This project has the following characteristics and innovation: 1) It relies entirely on the information platform (The full-process digital management and control platform for engineering consulting industry design) supports and controls the ISO process of enterprises and improves the enterprise's project management and control capabilities;2) proposes to use digital achievement documents as legally efficient delivery documents in the design industry, saving paper consumption and reducing Environmental pollution, providing basic data for the mining and sorting of design achievement information in the future, and laying a foundation for future big data management in the industry; 3) Database technology and PDM technology were successfully applied to the design of enterprise production processes, and combined with electronic signature technology, the enterprise's complete online work was realized and the enterprise's quality control capabilities were improved;4) Archives management and control were realized through the information system. Pre-position solves the three long-standing problems of archives management (consistency, integrity, and timeliness). As of the end of 2018, the number of platform projects exceeded 580, covering eight major majors: architecture, structure, water, heating, electricity, interior, landscape, and municipal affairs. The number of digitally produced maps exceeded 270,000, and the confirmation information in the process link of the SMS platform exceeded 200,000., with a storage capacity of 6TB. And starting from January 2018, all newly signed projects of the company have been launched on the platform. Generally, the platform has received the support and recognition of the company's designers. The system automatically batches signing electronic signatures to a certain extent frees designers from the cumbersome signing work; the application of archiving first and printing technology solves the problem that designers are not able to file in time. The problem of inconsistent drawings and archived drawings also reduces the workload of designers for filing; the integration of multiple systems in the group reduces the workload of managers to repeatedly input project information and data. In the end, the overall work efficiency and overall work quality of the project team were improved. Electronic drawing archiving replaces the previous paper drawing archiving, reducing the pressure on the warehouse; the information and data of electronic drawings are easy to extract, which improves the group's knowledge management; it completely replaces the previous working mode of publishing blueprints and reduces environmental pressure; At the same time, it is also possible to print electronic drawings into blueprints to meet the needs of owners in the current industry environment. The project has brought very high social and economic benefits.
