This project belongs to the field of civil engineering science and technology. As-cast concrete uses the natural color and texture of the concrete itself as the final decoration. While achieving the integration of the building structure to achieve green energy conservation, it can also reflect the clean, natural, solemn and simple personality of the building. It is widely used in theaters, cultural exhibition halls, conference halls and other projects. In order to realize the design concept, fair-faced concrete projects use a large number of irregular plane-surface elements, and the structural forms are becoming increasingly complex. Rigid structures and prestressed structures are also used. This kind of project is complicated in deepening design, difficult in forming, high in construction precision and quality requirements, and extremely challenging in construction. For example, the construction of ultra-high thin-walled drywall with a length of 400m, a height of 34.3 m and a thickness of only 18cm in Shanghai Poly Theater, the construction of as-cast concrete transfer truss with a length of 170m, a span of 50m, a cantilever of 17m and a dead weight of 10000 tons in Caohejing Xinzhou Building, and the pre-embedded construction of 108 kinds of openings and 317 electromechanical terminals in the special spatial structure of Zhangjiagang Cultural Center, etc. This project is based on several as-cast concrete projects undertaken by our company, aiming at the technical problems of special-shaped complex as-cast concrete engineering, and carries out research to form a complete set of as-cast concrete construction technology with multi-form special-shaped complex structure. The key innovative achievements are as follows: (1) Deepen design technology of special-shaped complex as-cast concrete structure Formulate a set of design standards for space special-shaped as-cast concrete joints, develop deep-design technology for complex special-shaped as-cast concrete structure process, and invent a surface development deep-design method based on Pro-E, which ensures the perfect presentation of space special-shaped as-cast concrete structure. (2) Multi-form special-shaped fair-faced concrete structure formwork and formwork construction technology For multi-angle inclined wall panels, one-way curved surfaces, spatial special-shaped and complex fair-faced structures, a series of multi-type, low-cost and easy-to-construction formwork systems have been invented. A spatial positioning method for complex structures based on BIM technology has been developed to ensure the installation accuracy of special-shaped structural moldframes. A complete set of construction control standards has been formulated for each formwork construction process that affects the quality of clean water. Interlayer transfer brackets and male and female corner templates with both leveling and self-locking functions have been developed to ensure the molding quality of complex nodes. (3) Steel bar and concrete construction and finished product protection technology for special-shaped complex fair-faced concrete structures. We have formulated technical standards for steel bar and concrete construction for complex fair-faced concrete structures, developed a mixture ratio of fair-faced concrete that meets the diverse working properties of complex components, and developed special-shaped complex fair-faced concrete pouring and crack control technology, invented a finished product protection method that complements cutting, combines soft and soft, and combines strength and softness. (4) High-precision reserved and pre-embedded construction technology for fair-faced concrete for special-shaped complex structures has developed hole template making and pre-embedded construction methods, which solves the positioning accuracy and forming quality of a large number of irregular holes, small electromechanical terminals, air supply holes, etc. on special-shaped components. The problem of quality assurance. All-round limiting and fixing measures have been developed to ensure the pre-embedding accuracy of embedded parts in thin-walled drywall curtain wall. This achievement has authorized 37 patents (11 inventions), obtained 4 provincial and ministerial construction methods, formed 1 enterprise technical standard, published 5 papers, and published 1 book. After evaluation of scientific and technological achievements, the overall results have reached the international advanced level, including the international leading level in construction technologies such as inclined fair-faced concrete structures with the interaction of steel frames and concrete, special-shaped fair-faced concrete curved structures, and long-span floor-to-floor arch shell structures. This achievement has been successfully applied in projects such as Shanghai Poly Theater, Caohejing Xinzhou Building, Xuhui Binjiang Dragon Art Museum, Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone (Jingang Town) Cultural Center, and Shanghai Huaxin Huixiang Center, producing direct economic benefits of 79.3 million yuan in the past three years. Relying on the project, Shanghai Poly Theater won the Luban Award for China Construction Engineering and the Hudec Architectural Culture Award, with significant economic and social benefits.
