The "China Dream" described by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the people has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. To realize the beautiful dream, the construction of ecological civilization is a very important part. Therefore, environmental governance has attracted more and more attention from everyone. Shidongkou Sewage Treatment Plant of Shanghai Chengtou Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. is one of the major projects for the comprehensive management of Suzhou River, with a daily treatment capacity of 400,000 tons, contributing to the city's water environment management and COD emission reduction. The remaining sediment (sludge) after sewage treatment contains a variety of bacteria and harmful substances. If it is not effectively disposed of, it will inevitably cause secondary pollution to the ecological environment. As the scale of sewage treatment in my country continues to expand, the final disposal of sludge has attracted more and more attention from local governments, and has become a difficult problem faced by local governments and a problem that must be solved. At present, most developed countries choose incineration to dispose of sludge. Sludge incineration is one of the effective methods to achieve reduction, stabilization and harmless disposal. The Shidongkou sludge drying and incineration device is the first time introduced in my country. It has been in operation for more than 8 years. During this period, through continuous improvement and optimization, it has become the first sludge disposal system in China to maintain continuous and safe operation for the longest time. The main innovations are as follows: 1. Carry out localized research and development on imported equipment and components (wearing parts), and through technical digestion, absorption, transformation and optimization, successfully integrate dryer air distribution plates, fluidized fans, feed distributor components (Rollers, spindles, sealing devices) and other equipment and components have been localized. Through operation certificates, domestic equipment and components have reached the performance and service life of the original imported equipment, and some of the service life even exceeds that of similar imported products, greatly reducing maintenance costs, reducing procurement expenses by more than 70%. At the same time, the operating stability has also been greatly improved. The operating time has gone from less than 5000 hours per year to 7000 hours of stable operation per year, and the operating efficiency has increased by more than 40%. 2. Since the application of the sludge drying and incineration process in China is not yet mature, in the absence of relevant technical regulations and examples in the field of sludge disposal, after continuous practice summary and application of rich experience accumulated in management, in 2008, he participated in the compilation of the first domestic "Technical Regulations for Municipal Sewage Sludge Fluidized Bed Drying and Incineration", filling the gap in domestic technical regulations for this industry. 3. In 2010, we worked with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop the first fully domestically produced sludge drying and incineration equipment in China. It was recognized and praised by professors and experts of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. We put forward a number of suggestions and were adopted by professors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Regulations and plans were formulated to transform the laboratory theory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences into actual production, providing valuable experience for the operation of the first domestically produced sludge drying and incineration system, which has a reference and promotion effect for the entire industry and promotes the development of environmental protection and related industries. This project has obtained 7 national patents for utility models, applied for and accepted 2 national patents for invention, and promulgated an industry technical regulation. Play a demonstration and leading role in China's protection industry.
