The project belongs to the scientific and technological field: The comprehensive utilization of management projects of renewable resources is one of the important ways to realize a circular economy and an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable development. In order to guide the healthy development of the renewable resource industry and promote the harmonious development of economy, society and environment, combined with the actual situation of renewable resource recycling parks and enterprises in China, a typical ecological demonstration park development model for the recycling of waste mechanical and electrical products with an efficient resource symbiosis network will be built. The wastewater, waste gas, Waste residue and noise are managed in full accordance with national standards, with zero dioxin emissions, reduced energy consumption per unit of GDP by 30%, and reduced material consumption per unit of GDP by 20%. Main contents and innovation points: (1) Build an evaluation technical method and system for the recycling of waste mechanical and electrical products to analyze and evaluate the technical, economic and environmental loads of enterprises in the park, establish a "State-Pressure-Effect"(PSR) ecological effect evaluation model, and build a comprehensive ecological evaluation system for the park. (2) Establish an industrial chain linkage model in the park based on the cascade utilization technology of typical waste mechanical and electrical product resources such as waste motors, waste wires and cables, waste hardware and electrical appliances, and the industrial chain linkage technology, develop optimization technologies for the integrated utilization of ecological resources in the park, promote, Demonstrate and apply a raw material or product-oriented industrial chain connection model. (3) Develop a pollution monitoring system, centralized and unified treatment control strategy and cleaner production indicator system for waste in the park.
