Result background:

Coagulation treatment and activated sludge process are currently widely used water treatment technologies at home and abroad. One of their main problems is that a large amount of sludge will be generated. Huge sludge disposal costs have become a serious problem faced by sewage treatment technology.


Technological innovation:

This project adopts a new generation of sludge reduction technology, which can reduce sludge by more than 50%, reducing sludge production from the source. For coagulation treatment, this project uses loading magnetic particles to achieve the goal of sludge reduction by more than 50%, while achieving high-speed precipitation treatment effect (precipitation rate 20-40m/h). For activated sludge treatment, this project uses high-efficiency dissolved gas technology to destroy microbial cells, causing the cell bodies to rupture and cytoplasm to flow out, so that they can be reused by microorganisms as nutrients, achieving the goal of reducing activated sludge by more than 50%.


Application prospects:

The project has completed pilot trials in Shandong Water Development Group Co., Ltd. and is preparing for a sewage treatment project of 45,000 tons/day.
