Key innovations
The innovation of this technology lies in its uniquely designed new aeration technology, which significantly reduces the liquid-phase boundary layer and improves the efficiency by 5-10 times compared with traditional methods. It can achieve extremely high concentrations of dissolved oxygen (80-100mg/L) and ozone (above 50mg/L) at room temperature and pressure.
Potential economic benefits
This green technology significantly saves operating costs by significantly reducing energy consumption and increasing processing efficiency by 5-10 times. High dissolved oxygen and ozone concentrations can effectively improve water quality, meet environmental standards, and avoid fines.
Potential climate benefits
This technology directly reduces the energy consumption of industrial wastewater, efficiently absorbs CO2 and denitrification from industrial waste gas. The overall efficiency improvement significantly reduces power consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, and improves the water environment.

Solution details

Application areas:

1. Efficient oxygenation in river management. 2. Improve the ozone sterilization efficiency of purified water. 3. Strengthen processes such as air flotation, biochemical aeration (improving COD, BOD, iron and manganese removal from groundwater, etc.) and ozone oxidation in industrial wastewater treatment in various industries such as power plants, papermaking, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceuticals to significantly reduce energy consumption. 4. Efficient absorption and dissolution of industrial waste gas CO2, H2S, SO2, etc. and denitrification of power plant waste gas. 5. Reverse osmosis membrane cleaning.

Technical characteristics:

This project is based on a unique design to significantly reduce the liquid-phase boundary layer. The new aeration technology developed is 5-10 times more efficient than using aerated stones or jet pipes.

Performance indicators:

At room temperature and pressure, the dissolved oxygen concentration reaches 80-100mg/L, and the dissolved ozone concentration reaches more than 50mg/L.

Current status:

High-concentration ozone oxidation technology treated the biochemical effluent of a sewage treatment plant in Jining, Shandong Province, and the COD was reduced from 65mg/L to 30mg/L.
