Farmers urgently need to improve their quality of life and use more convenient and cleaner high-grade energy. With economic development, people's lives have gradually improved. Traditional crop straw, chaff, firewood, etc. as daily fuels have been gradually replaced by coal, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. However, with the continuous consumption of one-time energy, the continuous rise in coal prices and international crude oil prices, the continuous rise in liquefied petroleum gas prices, and the random piles of firewood and grass among villagers, which directly affect the cleanliness of the environment and the appearance of the village, and bring many inconveniences to farmers 'lives and work. In order to solve the problem of random piles and burning of waste straw in rural areas, this project proposes to build a biomass carbon and gas plant, adopting biomass carbon, gas and oil co-production technology to turn straw into treasure and provide farmers with clean and efficient biomass gas for domestic use, while producing by-products high-quality biomass charcoal, wood tar, and wood vinegar, which not only makes full use of abundant biomass resources, but also reduces the decreasing demand for conventional petrochemical energy. Fundamentally changing the traditional way of smoking and burning in rural areas has brought new opportunities for rural areas to change their backward life, and opened up broad ways for the rational use of biomass energy. It is a good project that is conducive to environmental protection, energy conservation and improvement. The quality of life of residents is a good project that benefits the country and the people. The "Biomass Carbon, Gas and Oil Cogeneration Technology and Complete Equipment" developed by this project realizes the resource utilization of industrial and agricultural organic waste and the industrial production of carbon, gas and oil products. This technology is the latest scientific and technological achievement in developing rural "biomass energy technology" and an upgraded product of low-calorific value straw gasification technology. It uses agricultural and forestry waste as raw materials and adopts new processes such as pyrolysis, carbonization, gasification, purification and separation to produce high-quality medium-calorific value gas and four products: biomass carbon, wood tar, and wood vinegar. It has significant economic and social benefits and is conducive to promoting rural areas. Renewable energy development and the construction of a new socialist countryside have a positive role in promoting. Innovative: 1. Simple equipment: Streamlining the number of equipment to a minimum, eliminating duplicate equipment, simplifying the process and saving costs, and the output and purity of carbon, gas, liquid and oil as by-products after gasification and purification can meet the required requirements. 2. Short gasification time: By improving the structure of the gasifier, the gasification process is continuous, which is shorter than the carbonization time in the prior art, and reduces costs. 3. High resource utilization rate: Through the carbonization of biomass raw materials, four beneficial by-products are produced. Through the deep processing of by-products, more profitable products can be obtained without secondary pollution, and truly turning waste into treasure. 4. Energy efficiency: At present, my country's annual industrial and civil coal consumption is about 3.8 billion tons, consuming nearly half of the world's annual coal production. The country's coal resources are only enough for 100 years. If 1.95 billion tons of biomass per year, 600 million tons are all used for biomass carbonization, and the generated gas can all replace coal burning, which will save 150 million tons of coal every year, equivalent to 23% of the total use. 5. Environmental protection benefits: The gas produced per 1 ton of biomass raw material is equivalent to 0.3 tons of standard coal; it can reduce CO2 emissions by 780 kilograms, SO2 emissions by 2.49 kilograms, and nitrogen oxide emissions by 2.22 kilograms. Market prospect: This technology uses biomass to co-produce carbon, gas, liquid and oil. It has short gasification time, simple process flow and equipment, high resource utilization rate, and low cost. Moreover, the by-products produced can be further processed, have good energy benefits and environmental protection benefits, are in line with national energy conservation and environmental protection policies, and have broad development prospects.
