Based on the information service platform needs of the international metropolis Shanghai for comprehensive government services, it integrates the application of key technologies such as the Internet, mobile Internet, cloud computing, SOA, process engine technology, search engine technology, IVR, ESB, GIS, smart terminals, and middleware. Carry out research and application innovation on an Internet-based smart city all-media government information aggregation and service capabilities comprehensive platform.
- Research on multi-dimensional government information aggregation technology based on smart cities: Combined with the development trend of rapid growth in the volume of government information in smart cities and increasingly extensive sources, we carry out overall modeling research on the aggregation process of government information such as data collection, storage, compilation, publication, utilization and sharing, and combine search engines and GIS technology to develop and apply integration. Integrated government information center builds a multi-dimensional multimedia government information aggregation and sharing system and GIS information system, realizing government release of information, regional collection of information, GIS information, The communication terminal information and the accumulated information of the government information and service platform are highly integrated, realizing unified management of multi-dimensional government information and convenient utilization.
- Research on the integration of cross-department collaborative comprehensive government service capabilities for megacities: Facing the government services of megacities, a cross-department collaborative and integrated government service management model and service life cycle management are proposed, and based on SOA technical architecture, comprehensive appeal services are developed. The center realizes unified acceptance, standardized processing, and full tracking of appeal services. Based on message bus technology, we develop a heterogeneous system interactive gateway system to realize interconnection and data interactive sharing between the platform and heterogeneous information systems of government service departments, and improve the automation of appeal services.
- Research on all-media and multi-channel government service model based on the Internet: Research the all-media access service model of government services. Based on the Internet and NGN technical architecture, develop and apply integrated all-media and multi-channel contact centers to provide telephone, text message, fax, PC, smartphone, PAD, online customer service, video, WeChat and other all-media access to realize multi-channel access collaborative services and provide multi-language service support. Carry out the research and development and integration of all-media service portals based on process engines and 4A-based, develop multi-channel all-media service portal access, achieve unified citizen holographic view management, and enhance citizen perception of different media service channels.
- Research on capacity carrying and disaster tolerance technology for megacity government service platforms based on cloud computing technology: Facing the capacity requirements of megacity government service platforms, based on cloud computing technology, we integrate and apply disaster tolerance technology and security technology to design and build remote disaster tolerance capabilities, high-availability, scalable, information-sharing security platform architecture, enhance the scalability and flexibility of platform infrastructure, and enhance the business continuity of the platform.

The research results of this project have been applied and promoted on a large scale in the Shanghai City 12345 Citizen Service Hotline, the Shanghai City Court 12368 Litigation Service Platform, the Supreme People's Court 12368 Convenience Litigation Service Hotline, and the Sanya City Tourism Service Hotline. - Application and promotion of the 12345 citizen service hotline in Shanghai City: The research results of this project's all-media contact center, all-media service portal, comprehensive appeal service center, comprehensive government information center, heterogeneous system interactive gateway, disaster tolerance platform and other research results have all been applied in the 12345 citizen service hotline in Shanghai City. Since its operation in October 2012, 6 hotlines have been merged and more than 4 million citizens 'appeals have been accepted.
- Application and promotion of the 12368 Litigation Service Platform of Shanghai City Court: The research results of this project's all-media contact center, comprehensive appeal service center, and comprehensive government information center have been applied and promoted in the 12368 Litigation Service Platform of Shanghai Court. Since its launch in January 2014, it has handled more than 170,000 demands for various litigation services.
