At present, my country has a huge output of garbage, insufficient treatment facilities, and the vast majority of garbage is mainly landfilled, incinerated and composted. While processing is difficult, it also causes a great waste of resources. In the process of solid waste recycling, waste paper is usually recycled into pulp, and waste plastics are generally first made into plastic particles to facilitate their reuse by plastic factories. How to improve the solid waste resource utilization system is another problem that our company urgently needs to solve.

1. Core technology

(1)The waste plastic granulating device comprises a front heating cylinder and a rear heating cylinder with the same structure, which are connected in sequence in front of each other, wherein the discharge port of the front heating cylinder is located above the feed port of the rear heating cylinder.

(2)The heating cylinder comprises a cylinder body and spiral blades arranged in the cylinder body, an electromagnetic heating coil is arranged in the cylinder body,

Both ends of the cylinder body are respectively connected with the feed port and the discharge port, and the spiral blades are connected with the driving motor.

(3)A negative pressure smoking device is arranged above the discharge port of the front heating cylinder.

(4)An extrusion mold is installed at the discharge port of the rear heating cylinder.
