The all-dielectric cavity filter designed and manufactured with microwave dielectric ceramics is 1/5 of that of traditional metal filters, and its power capacity can be increased nearly 10 times, making it the only solution for 5G communication technology. It is estimated that the annual domestic market size will be about 5 billion yuan, which has extremely huge market potential

Performance indicators:

Material performance indicators: three series of dielectric constants K15, K20, and K30, dielectric loss tgδ ≤ 1.0×10-4 (@4GHz), temperature stability τf≤±5ppm/℃ (-40℃~80℃).

2.6 Device specifications: center frequency (MHz)2515±50, average loss (dB)≤1.5, in-band fluctuation (dB)≤1.2;

3.5 Device specifications: center frequency (MHz)3400±50, average loss (dB)≤0.9, in-band fluctuation (dB)≤1.0.

Current status:

A pilot production line for materials and devices has been built in Jiading Park, with an annual output of 100,000 pieces and has been supplied in small batches. At present, we have signed letters of intent with Shanghai Zhongke Sanhuan and Puyu Electronics in Fuding City, Fujian Province, laying a foundation for further cooperation.
