During surgery, doctors need to remove small pieces of tissue or surgically remove specimens to discuss the cause, pathogenesis, and development process of the lesion, so as to make a final pathological diagnosis. In order to quickly detect diseased tissues in acute patients, the morphological and structural changes of cells and tissues were quickly analyzed by cryogenic cell section analysis instruments. With the development of precision medicine, the requirements for the application of intraoperative and postoperative frozen sections are increasing. The slice thickness of the domestic cryomicrotome produced in my country is 2~3 microns, with an accuracy of 0.5 microns, while the cryomicrotome produced in Germany can have a slice thickness of 1 micron and an accuracy of up to 0.2 microns. The accuracy of medical equipment is one of the reasons for the difference between our medical level and developed countries. (2) Main technical innovations In response to the above situation, through years of hard work, this project can make the thickness of tissue slices reach 1 micron and the accuracy of 0.1 micron at low temperatures. The comprehensive technology has reached the domestic leading level and the international advanced level, and has formed The following three key technological innovations have been formed: 1. The first high-precision assembly and positioning device, doubling the positioning accuracy and reducing the manufacturing cost by half. In order to make the spacing between the long guide rods reach plusmn after assembly&; With a tolerance requirement of 0.005mm, the technical team put forward a number of technical improvement suggestions for the design through more than 100 test corrections and technical exchanges with foreign customer R & D teams. It boldly innovated in the assembly process and proposed for the first time to have internationally advanced high-precision assembly positioning methods such as glue pouring and positioning replace traditional processing methods and improve the matching accuracy of bearing sleeves and other assembly parts, thereby ensuring the movement accuracy of the blade and reducing the manufacturing cost by half. 2. Invented a processing method for thin-walled parts, so that the shape tolerance reaches 2 microns. In order to further improve the moving accuracy of the whole machine, during the manufacturing process of core components, the shape and position tolerances and size accuracy of the parts themselves must be improved. Through an innovative processing method for thin-walled parts, the shape tolerance of plate parts and sleeve parts is controlled to 2 microns, which is an important guarantee for achieving the accuracy of the whole machine after assembly, thereby improving the moving accuracy of the blade. 3. The short-distance parallelism adjustment device developed enables the full-stroke detection accuracy to reach 0.1 microns. The developed short-distance parallelism adjustment device realizes the full-stroke accuracy detection of the micron propulsion mechanism, so that the equipment accuracy value can be intuitively reflected and easy to determine. (3) Intellectual property rights and application promotion status The key technological innovation points of the project have authorized a total of 6 utility model patents, 2 invention patents, 6 applications, and 1 international patent application. At the same time, standardized operation and parameter specifications have also been formed. Based on the above innovations, this project has innovatively achieved 1 micron cell tissue slicing in a low temperature environment, breaking traditional manufacturing thinking and replacing imported products. It has been widely used in China, Germany, the United States and other countries. It has been widely used in histology, pathology and scientific research. In the past three years, the company has added an added output value of 147.7358 million yuan and an added profit of 63.612 million yuan. New tax revenue was 12.2517 million yuan and foreign exchange generated was 12.4708 million US dollars.
