Compared with traditional one-cold-rolled products, its thickness is reduced, its strength is improved, and at the same time, it has good processability and is welcomed by users. Relying on the country's first professional secondary cold rolling production line, faced with product and process gaps, and in response to user needs, Baosteel has independently established a project to develop advanced steel products. After 10 years of independent development, this project not only broke the foreign technology blockade, but also broke through the secondary cold rolling process The key control technology of the process has formed a complete set of secondary cold rolling process and consistent technology suitable for Baosteel. It has been recognized as 42 technical secrets of Baosteel and authorized and accepted 16 national patents. Baosteel has added DR-7MCA, DR-8BA, DR-8CA, DR-8MCA, DR-9CA and other varieties to its tinned and chrome-plated plate products, achieving Baosteel's product goals of "the most complete varieties and specifications, the most stable quality, and the lowest cost., the most competitive cost performance ratio, and the best service and user use technology research" have also filled the gap in secondary cold rolling products in China. This product was mass produced in Baosteel in 2007 and was used in 2010 for DRD cans and unscrewing caps. Sales of secondary cold-rolled materials such as low-making ears reached 6623 tons, and sales volume in 2013 was 173,800 tons. The products are exported to Europe, America, Asia-Pacific and other countries and regions, creating good economic benefits for Baosteel, with a profit of approximately 150 million yuan in the past three years. With the strengthening of domestic and foreign market development efforts, the sales volume of materials for this project will increase year by year, and it is expected that sales will exceed 200,000 tons in 2015.
