3.1 technical principle
Key technologies of waste tire cracking and carbon black deep processing complete sets of technical equipment, including waste tire cracking technology and pyrolytic carbon black deep processing complete equipment technology. The principle is to crack waste tires at high temperature into cracked oil, cracked gas, cracked carbon black and steel wire under oxygen-free or nitrogen conditions, and then the cracked carbon black is deeply processed. The cracked carbon black is successively stored, magnetic separated, ultra-fine grinding, mixing, modification, granulating, drying and packaging and other processes to obtain high value-added products, environmentally friendly pyrolytic carbon black that can replace some commercial carbon black, and realize high-value recycling of cracked carbon black products. At the same time, carbon black transportation adopts an intelligent closed pneumatic transmission system, which completely replaces manual operation, solving problems such as leakage and misoperation during manual transportation of materials and other unsafe factors and secondary pollution.
The annual processing capacity of a single unit of the continuous cracking production line is ≥ 20,000 tons, and the energy consumption is ≤ 75 (kW·h)/t; the annual processing capacity of a single unit of the pyrolytic carbon black deep processing equipment is ≥ 7000 tons. Pyrolytic carbon black products: fine powder content ≤ 10%, heating reduction ≤ 2%, carbon black oil absorption value (DBP) ≥ 60 cm3/100g, tensile strength ≥ 18.0MPa.

(2) Deep processing technology of pyrolytic carbon black: A complete set of intelligent continuous cracking and carbon black deep processing technologies has been formed, and technologies such as grinding, magnetic separation, modification, and wet granulation have been integrated and developed to effectively improve the quality of cracked carbon black products and obtain high-quality and high-performance environmentally friendly carbon black., solves the problems of low quality of cracked carbon black and inability to be widely used in reproduction. It can replace industrial carbon black as a rubber reinforcing agent and improve the effective yield of products. High-value utilization of pyrolytic carbon black of waste tires is realized.
4. Pollution control or environmental restoration effects
For every 10,000 tons of used tires processed to produce carbon black, oil and steel wire, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 11,000 tons. Tail gas emissions meet the requirements of the "Petrochemical Industry Pollutants Emission Standards"(GB31571 -2015) and "Odor Pollutants Emission Standards"(GB14554 -1993).
5. Technology demonstration
This technology has been applied in the 100,000 t/year waste rubber green ecological recycling intelligent factory project of Henan Ixda Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 330 million yuan, covers an area of about 200 acres, and a building area of about 70,000 m2. Since it was put into production in 2019, production and operations have been stable.
As one of the main products, cracked carbon black has been greatly improved in quality after deep processing, with a value added of 2500 to 3000 yuan/t. It can replace some commercial carbon black and drive the development of related industries such as chemical and rubber industries.

Calculated based on the annual processing of 100,000 tons of used tires, the total investment of the project is 292.4 million yuan, including 85.7 million yuan in project construction investment and 206.7 million yuan in equipment purchase cost.

8. Prospects for transformation and promotion of technological achievements

The annual production of waste tires in my country is about 18 million tons, and the global annual production is about 45 million tons. This technical achievement has good market promotion potential.
