3.1 technical principle

5. Technology demonstration

This technology has been applied in the 100,000 t/year waste rubber green ecological recycling intelligent factory project of Henan Ixda Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 330 million yuan, covers an area of about 200 acres, and a building area of about 70,000 m2. Since it was put into production in 2019, production and operations have been stable.

As one of the main products, cracked carbon black has been greatly improved in quality after deep processing, with a value added of 2500 to 3000 yuan/t. It can replace some commercial carbon black and drive the development of related industries such as chemical and rubber industries.
