Project introduction: Due to the low adsorption efficiency of existing air purification adsorbent materials, short adsorption saturation time, frequent replacement, high resolution temperature, high energy consumption, and short life cycle, the comprehensive efficiency of existing confined space cabin air purification cannot meet the requirements.

In order to reduce the size of the system, improve system governance performance, and make the confined space cabin purification system efficient, stable, easy to install, and convenient to operate. Carry out research on integrated technology for purifying high-performance materials in confined spaces.

The technologies include: (1) developed high-efficiency nano purification materials;(2) integrated molecular trapping catalytic purification technology;(3) miniaturized integrated treatment device technology.

Main technical indicators:

Research goal: Break through new high-efficiency nano-purification materials and integrated molecular trapping catalytic purification technology, form targeted solutions for exhaust gas treatment in confined spaces, and provide efficient and reliable confined space cabin purification systems.

Key indicators:

1) Toluene CADR value reaches 9m3/h;

2) System volume reduction ≥20%;

3) The cabin environment meets GJB129 -2000 emergency allowable concentration of air components.
