

This project belongs to the field of information technology. This project aims to solve the problems faced in the process of providing SaaS services to small and medium-sized enterprises, such as rapid service development and deployment, service measurement and control, service and data integration, service security and quality assurance, and provide technical support for the large-scale application of SaaS services., to further standardize and improve social informatization service capabilities and levels. This project is based on the National 863 Plan "Development and Integrated Application of Multi-Resource Integrated Information Platform Based on Large-Scale Operators"(2009 AA043504), National Science and Technology Support Plan "Development and Application of Manufacturing Informatization Public Service Platform for Shanghai's Industrial Cluster Areas"(2006 BAF01A42), National Science and Technology Support Plan "E-Commerce Information Security Service Application Demonstration"(2008 BAH21B05), Science and Technology Research Project of Shanghai City Science and Technology Commission "Infrastructure and Development of Manufacturing Informatization Public Technology Service Platform"(04DZ11021) and "Research and Application of Professional Services of Shanghai Manufacturing Informatization Public Service Platform"(07DZ11311) and other scientific research achievements, independently developed and formed a unified cloud computing basic service and management support platform, broke through the key technologies of capability-based service encapsulation of operators 'communication network elements, established service measurement and control models, developed service application adaptation and integration environments, and realized a number of technological innovations in the field of information public services, thus building an independently controllable SaaS information service platform that can be applied on a large scale. It meets the application needs of large-scale promotion of SaaS application services. This project published a total of 26 scientific research papers, obtained 22 software copyrights, obtained and applied for 4 invention patents, and trained a total of 39 graduate students. Project innovations mainly include: 1) Propose and implement a capability-based service encapsulation model and method, and develop a multi-resource converged service access gateway and a capability-based service engine with large-scale service capabilities, which can adapt to the network element capabilities of multiple operators and social application providers. Product transformation capabilities. 2) Propose a cloud billing data model for SaaS applications, build a cloud billing unified pricing engine, and realize "on-demand metering and per-use billing" of cloud computing basic resources, capability units, and application services; Propose a cloud computing environment business health analysis method, by establishing a correlation model and health analysis method among services, resources, and monitoring service items, provides guarantees for the measurement and control of SaaS services and the improvement of SLA capabilities. 3) Propose and build an on-demand integration and development environment for SaaS applications, break through key technologies such as heterogeneous data conversion, intelligent routing, and mobile application adaptation, and provide standardized configuration of application capabilities, rapid adaptive integration and development of applications, etc. The adaptation mechanism provides customers with fast SaaS applications that can be composable, tailored, and customized. 4) Using industry-leading technologies such as Web2.0, Mashup, REST, and OSGI, we have built the first independently controllable SaaS information service platform for domestic telecom operators. The platform uses telecom operators 'CRM, BOSS, billing and accounting systems as operational support. From multiple dimensions such as service access, customer applications, resource integration, and operation and maintenance services, a standardized management system and operation specifications for application access, service processes and management have been formed, which can provide one-stop information services for large-scale SaaS applications. The project's technology and service capabilities have reached the domestic leading level, and the platform provides customers with more than 60 enterprise informatization products and service support. The number of corporate customers has exceeded 30,000, covering more than 20 provinces in China, and some extend to Hong Kong, North America, Europe and other countries or regions. In the past three years, the total direct economic benefits generated by platform services have exceeded 500 million yuan, and the indirect economic benefits driven by nearly 900 million yuan have been formed. A complete platform industry chain including R & D institutions, telecom operators, professional service organizations, and software companies has been formed., which has greatly promoted the improvement of social informatization service capabilities and service quality.
