*Technology/project introduction (background, status, characteristics, etc.): Solid plates have the transparent texture of glass, but the weight is only half that of glass. They also have unbreakable impact resistance. They can be subjected to cold bending, equipment processing and thermal synthesis treatment. The hardened solid plates maintain the foundation of their original properties and improve surface scratch resistance and other properties, expanding their application fields 

*Main technical indicators: (1) Mechanical properties 1. Impact strength: PC endurance board has excellent impact resistance, 250 times that of traditional glass and 30 times that of acrylic board.  2. Good tensile strength. PC endurance board has good heat resistance. Even at 120 ° C, its tensile strength can still reach 350kgf/cm2.  3. Bending strength: PC endurance plates have good bending resistance, and will not break even if the bending angle reaches 90°.  4. Fatigue resistance and creep resistance: The creep resistance of PC endurance board is the best among thermoplastics. Even at high temperatures, its creep is still very small.(2) Thermal properties 1. Fusion temperature: The fusion temperature of PC endurance plate is 135℃, and its continuous use temperature reaches 120℃.  2. Linear expansion coefficient: The linear expansion coefficient is 7×10-125px/cm/℃, which is relatively small among plastics.  3. Embrittlement temperature: The embrittlement temperature of PC endurance board is-40℃, and the minimum continuous use temperature is-30℃, which is unmatched by ordinary plastics.  4. Flammability: PC endurance board is one of the refractory and self-extinguishing plastics. It will not produce toxic gases when heated at high temperatures.  5. Thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of PC endurance board is not much different from that of ordinary plastics. It is 1/4 of glass, 1/300 of iron, 1/1000 of aluminum, and 1/2000 of copper. It is one of the materials with excellent thermal insulation properties.  6. Light weight: The proportion is only half that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installation and supporting the frame.  7. Flame retardant: The national standard GB50222 -95 confirms that PC boards are difficult to ignite, that is, Class B1. The PC board's own ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius. It self-extinguishes after leaving the fire. When burning, it will not produce toxic gases and will not contribute to the spread of the fire.  Temperature adaptability: PC boards do not become cold brittle at-100 degrees Celsius, do not soften at 135 degrees Celsius, and their mechanics and mechanical properties do not change significantly in harsh environments.  (3) Optical properties 1. Light transmittance: The light transmittance of PC endurance board is more than 86%, which is equivalent to glass.  2. Weathering resistance: PC boards can maintain the stability of various physical indicators within the range of-40℃ to 120℃. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowing degree was 2, and the light transmittance reduction value was only 0.6%.  (4) Chemical resistant polycarbonates have good resistance to weak acids, weak bases and alcohols at room temperature, but have slightly poor resistance to strong acids and bases, benzenes, chlorination and esters, and are prone to dissolution, swelling or decomposition.
