Solution details

Introduction to the results:

Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP Panel for short) is composed of a porous dielectric material filled with a core material and a polyester-based gas-barrier structure. It is currently the most advanced efficient insulation material in the world. The thermal conductivity of the VIP board developed by our school can be less than 0.0020W/(m·K), which is 1/7 of that of conventional insulation materials~1/10, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

Since 2000, our school has been committed to the development of new super thermal insulation material VIP, and has applied it in the field of refrigerated transportation. It has jointly developed and developed VIP refrigerated containers, medical incubators, box-type mobile houses, and construction. A series of products such as VIP. With the rise of China's manufacturing industry and the promulgation and implementation of national energy conservation policies, VIP, a new insulation material, is attracting more attention from more businesses, and the market prospect is very broad. Vacuum insulation panels have innovative advantages in thermal insulation, such as low-temperature storage, refrigerated transportation, storage of small cultural relics, household appliances, construction, medical insulation, aerospace, LNG and LPG transportation, etc. According to different application fields and combined with practical application characteristics, vacuum insulation panels with different shapes have been developed.

Technical advantages:

1. Household equipment-insulation of refrigerators, refrigerated display cabinets, cold storage, rice cookers, electric water heaters, etc.;

2. Medical incubators-insulation of medical incubators, low-temperature refrigerators and other boxes;

3. Pipeline insulation central air-conditioning box, air duct insulation, low-temperature transportation pipelines, heating pipelines, etc.;

4. Building-building wall insulation, floor insulation and warmth projects, etc.;

5. Design and research and development of constant temperature and humidity boxes for short-distance transportation of cultural relics, cultural relics storage boxes, etc. (Hot spots)
