*Technology/project introduction (background, current situation, characteristics, etc.): KYN28A metal armored mid-mounted removable switchgear is a mid-mounted switchgear developed by our factory by absorbing and absorbing advanced foreign technology and continuously improving it in conjunction with the specific requirements of domestic users. Using the VEG-type vacuum circuit breaker imported from Germany, the mechanical life can reach 30,000 cycles, improving the performance and high reliability of the equipment.  

*Main technical indicators: The cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc plates, processed by repeated bending and other processes by CNC machine tools, and assembled with high-strength rivet nuts and 8.8-level screws. It has the characteristics of high strength, novel appearance, and beautiful appearance; it can be equipped with ABB VD4, VM1 series and VDS series vacuum circuit breakers produced by our factory; the switch cabinet can be maintained on both sides and reliably mounted on the wall. N2X environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear equipment adopts environmentally friendly non-SF6 gas insulation. There will be no adverse impact on the environment. The cabinet covers a small area. Each cabinet covers an area of 500mm×1050 mm. The primary circuit is truly maintenance-free. The high-pressure circuit is gas-sealed and is not affected by the external environment. The high-pressure gas box is welded by a three-dimensional five-axis laser welding machine and a helium leak detection equipment for leak testing. Ensure that the annual leakage rate is less than 0.1%. This switch cabinet is safe and convenient to operate. The circuit breaker and the isolating switch have both manual and electric operation functions. There is reliable mechanical interlock between the circuit breaker and the isolating switch, which meets the requirements of "Five-Prevention Interlocking". Silicone rubber connectors are used as bus connections and are directly plug-in installation. It simplifies on-site installation and eliminates the need for on-site charging and deflation.
