

Existing high-power LED lamps usually need to distribute multiple LEDs on the same plane in a matrix structure for power output. Although this arrangement can increase the luminous power of the lamp, since multiple LEDs are concentrated on the same mounting plane, heat is also concentrated on the circuit board, which may easily lead to aging of the circuit board and affect the service life of the high-power LED lamp; This project provides a three-dimensional structure LED lighting fixture, which can not only improve the lighting effect, but also will not accumulate too much heat and affect the service life of the LED fixture.

In order to ensure the smooth progress and success of the project, the following core technical points need to be solved:
1. Design of light emitting diodes at different height positions in transparent lampshades.
2. Connection design of multiple light emitting diodes at different positions.
3. LEDs must achieve a wide range of lighting.

1. Adopt three-dimensional arrangement of each high-power LED, so that the heat emitted will not be concentrated on the same plane or circuit board, avoid easy aging of the circuit board and extend the service life of the lamp.
2. Use its own convective heat dissipation to achieve three-dimensional lighting.
3. Intellectual Property Rights and Industrialization
The project is applying for a national patent to use this technology to develop a BLD220 LED explosion-proof lamp.
Prototype trial production has been completed. After customer trials, it has won unanimous praise and can be produced in small batches.
