In my country, prefabricated shear wall structure houses are the most important structural form. Its construction process includes multiple links such as design, component production, transportation, component hoisting, installation, and component connection. Different links are interrelated and there are many factors that affect the cost and construction efficiency of prefabricated houses in the development process. This topic studies the key technologies in the construction process of prefabricated shear wall structure houses. Starting from the different links and the connections between them in the construction process of prefabricated shear wall structure houses, with the goal of reducing costs and improving efficiency, borrowing information means, innovating from design technology, technology, tools, management, etc., and forming a complete set of technical achievements from design, component transportation to construction technology and component connection. Comprehensive collaborative construction of prefabricated shear wall structure houses has been realized. The main technical innovations are as follows: ① A collaborative design technology for prefabricated houses has been formed, a comprehensive standardized design method and a special structural optimization design method have been established, and three-dimensional information means have been used to assist design to consider the coordination of the construction process in the design plan.② An information-based logistics management system for assembled components has been established to coordinate the unified management of component information by production plants and construction units through the development of logistics software, and a complete set of protection technologies during the transportation of PC components has been formed, solving the problem of schedule delays caused by logistics. The difficulty of component management has been greatly reduced.③ On-site collaborative rapid construction technology has been formed, and technological innovations have been carried out in aspects such as mechanical selection and conversion, construction labor equipment, PC component positioning and installation technology, cast-in-place edge component construction, and rapid installation and demolition of aluminum alloy templates, achieving efficient and orderly construction on site.④ Carry out research, development and application from aspects such as special grouting materials for sleeves, grouting technology, grouting sleeves, and node detection technology to form breakthroughs in special sleeve grouting materials, sleeves and detection technology. The project has been planned since 2014 and lasted for more than four years. It has been successfully applied to many prefabricated projects. From technical research to practical application, and to improve technical research from practical experience, it has cost a complete system and provided a basis for subsequent prefabricated residential projects. The application provides the foundation. At present, 1 invention patent, 2 software copyrights, and 7 utility model patents have been authorized, 19 invention patents and 2 utility model patents have been applied for (accepted), forming 2 products, forming 4 enterprise construction methods, and 1 ministerial construction method, forming 1 enterprise standard, participating in the compilation of 1 Shanghai City local standard and 1 group standard. The series of achievements have been applied in projects such as the second phase of relocation and resettlement housing (plot C10) project of Luodian large residential community, the residential commercial housing project of plot 09-03 of Unit N070501 of Shibei High-tech Service Industry Park, etc. The application projects have won unanimous praise from owners, supervisors and relevant government departments in terms of construction quality, construction progress, project cost and construction management level. Two of them have won Shanghai City Building Demonstration Projects. The overall application effect of this project is good, and good social and economic benefits have been achieved. The conclusion of the science and technology novelty search report shows that no reports completely related to the innovation points of this commissioned project have been found in the publicly published Chinese and foreign literature at home and abroad.
