A large amount of raw gas generated during the coking process contains waste heat, and its heat recovery has the following difficulties: tar vapor in raw gas is easy to coke and carbon deposition; H2S and water vapor in raw gas are easy to cause corrosion; the upper part of the coke oven is loaded with coal and pushed on the side, and the space is narrow; the coking and carbonization room is high and the raw gas is combustible, with serious leakage consequences; the coke oven is managed online throughout the year and throughout its life cycle.
The riser heat exchanger proposed in this project has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, compact structure, coking inhibition, high heat exchange efficiency, modularity, and easy installation.
