The world's first hydrogen energy city train with independent intellectual property rights jointly developed by CRRC Changke Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Railway Group rolled off the production line in Chengdu. The vehicle adopts a four-car formation with a top speed of 160 kilometers per hour and a built-in "hydrogen energy power" system. By using an energy supply method combining hydrogen fuel cells and super capacitors, it provides a strong and lasting power source for vehicle use, achieving a long life of 600 kilometers. At the same time, it has the characteristics of environmental protection and zero carbon. Due to the freedom from the constraints of the operating conditions of the catenary, vehicles can be widely used in existing non-electrified line sections, greatly increasing the application scope of urban vehicles, while avoiding the huge infrastructure investment and maintenance costs caused by electrification transformation.
