In the past ten years, deep foundation pit engineering has become increasingly widely used, and it is generally believed that its performance is good and its cost is suitable. The SMW method is widely used abroad to build continuous impervious walls in river embankments where piping is prone to occur. Our country has also adopted it successively in flood control and flood control of large rivers. However, most of the engineering equipment of the SMW method currently used in China is multi-axis drilling machines with a single product. In order to meet the construction needs of different strata, the hydraulic milling and mixing drilling rigs with international advanced level have been independently developed to adapt to the domestic deep foundation pit (continuous wall) engineering construction and the development of continuous impervious walls in flood control and flood control of large rivers, and meet the needs of the large-scale special construction machinery market of SMW method in my country. To this end, our company has carried out the research and development of the SC35 hydraulic milling and mixing rig.
This project is conducted using an independent research method. The SC35 hydraulic milling and stirring rig is developed based on the SH36W multi-function drilling rig of Shanghai Jintai Company, and can be easily converted from a hydraulic milling deep stirring grooving machine to a multi-function drilling rig. Therefore, in addition to all the key technologies of the SH36W multi-function drilling rig, such as retractable chassis, folded rope slot winches, rotary joints for telescopic drill pipes, and segmented strengthened masts, the main machine also has the following key technologies:
- The new hydraulic milling and mixing rig with large triangle structure ensures the stability of rig lifting and lowering;
- The two-wheel milling head with sealing device and the multi-channel dynamic sealing mechanism can effectively prevent the entry of mud, ensuring the safe and long-term operation of the rotating parts;
- The powerful power system and pressure maintaining device, the main power source ensures the efficient operation of the milling wheel, and an external pumping station is added to provide power source for the rest of the systems. It has two sets of hydraulic control systems. Unique pressure adding and reducing technology ensures construction safety;
- With a unique correction system, the SC35 hydraulic milling and mixing rig equipment is equipped with advanced LCD monitors to display multiple technical parameters during the construction process in real time, clearly and clearly;
- A special lifting device can be used to carry out pressurized drilling through pressurized oil cylinders or to vigorously lift the drilling tool when the drill is stuck.
In October 2012, the trial production of the project prototype was completed and the prototype was successfully sold. Since the project improvement was completed and successfully rolled off the production line in November 2013, the SC35 hydraulic milling and mixing rig has been successfully used in the construction of major projects such as Xinyi Real Estate Foundation Pit Maintenance Project in Putian City, Fujian Province, Hubei Xinglong Water Conservancy Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Yicai Home Construction Site in Zhongshan, Guangdong, and Wanda Plaza in Shangrao, Jiangxi. Users generally report that compared with similar products imported from abroad, through bold reform and innovation of working equipment, the SC35 hydraulic milling and mixing rig has shown a stronger degree of construction mechanization, a more convenient way to shift the whole machine, and a safer and more comfortable operation environment, higher operating stability, and superior cost performance, which have been highly praised by the construction unit.
