At present, my country's annual emissions of SO2 exceed 20 million tons, ranking first in the world. The acid rain area caused by SO2 pollution has accounted for 30% of the country's total land area, seriously affecting people's health and the environment. SO2 emissions are mainly caused by industrial production, accounting for about 80%. Among them, the coal-fired power industry is the largest emitter in the industry, and its emissions account for about 45% of the country's SO2 emissions. Therefore, controlling SO2 emissions from the power industry has become a major issue facing my country's air pollution control.
Desulfurization technologies mainly include desulfurization before combustion of SO2, desulfurization during combustion, desulfurization after combustion (flue gas desulfurization) and coal conversion and utilization technologies. Judging from the use situation at home and abroad, the most economical and effective method is flue gas desulfurization technology. There are many types of flue gas desulfurization technologies, but no matter which method, they have at least 3 of the following shortcomings: 1. High investment costs;2. High operating costs;3. Large maintenance workload, high cost, serious equipment wear, and equipment Low reliability;4. A large amount of waste will be generated to be processed.
As my country pays increasing attention to environmental conditions and begins to collect SO2 pollution fees, relying on the introduction of equipment to solve SO2 pollution problems is inconsistent with my country's national conditions. It is necessary to introduce and absorb advanced foreign technologies and develop investment based on existing domestic scientific and technological forces. Flue gas desulfurization technology with low operating costs. Therefore, we must find a new desulfurization technology.
(2) Main content of the project The method adopted by this device belongs to wet desulfurization, which carries out multi-section dispatch and treatment of coal-fired flue gas. The principle is to use water and oxygen as the medium and spray and pressure through a mechanical injection and pressure device to form a multi-layer rotating water mist curtain for filtration to achieve the purpose of separating sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide in the flue gas. In terms of system equipment, it is only necessary to add an oxygen generation device to the original system.
The flue gas first enters a multi-stage condenser, where heat is released. After the outlet of the condenser reaches a certain temperature, it enters the reaction tower. In the reaction tower, the desulfurization reaction is promoted by a rotary oxygen generator and a small amount of water. The desulfurized wet flue gas enters the dehydration tower for dehydration, and the dehydrated flue gas enters the condenser to absorb the heat emitted by the untreated flue gas, so that the temperature of the purified flue gas rises, and the elevated temperature can reach 80-100℃. The maximum can reach about 140℃ in order to meet the humidity requirements for emitted smoke.
(3) Key technology inventions
This equipment is made of 316 stainless steel as the main material. It has reasonable structure and moderate volume. It has a unique oxygen generator and water-vapor mixing device. It is mainly suitable for technical transformation of medium and small boilers. After testing by multiple environmental monitoring central stations, the sulfur dioxide removal rate of the device reaches more than 95%.
