- Through research on the working principle of the lifting control system, the safety loop design scheme and dual network redundancy design scheme of the lifting control system were invented, which improved the reliability of the control system design and the safety of the platform lifting operation.
- Through the selection of technical plans for overall platform sliding and lightweighting and launching, optimization of berth foundation reinforcement and track layout plans, as well as research on dock corridor protection plans and tooling design, a new process of pile shoe sinking method was proposed, completing the overall construction of platform flat land and dock lightweighting and launching greatly shortens the docking period and improves operation safety and production efficiency.
- Taking key structures such as JACK CASE, pile legs, and pile shoes as the research objects, we optimize the construction process and welding sequence solidification, and use numerical simulation technologies such as baseline technology, measurement technology, and simulated mounting technology as well as actual measurement and anti-deformation compensation technology. The combined method of technology realizes the accuracy control of the platform's special key structures from segmented assembly to segmented assembly, and mounting.
- Changing the traditional overall construction plan of the cantilever beam, inventing a two-stage construction process and designing a new type of derrick positioning device, which better ensures the accuracy requirements of verticality error ≤2mm and overall flatness error ≤6mm, realizes the parallel operation of segmented construction and equipment, pipes, etc. outfitting, and ensures the success of the overall hoisting and positioning of the derrick and greatly improves the construction efficiency and construction safety.
- Through project research and technical research, a complete set of truss-type node assembly and welding processes were proposed and formulated, and ultra-high-strength steel welding process standards were established, which were successfully applied to the assembly, construction and connection of the company's JU2000E series platform pile legs. Long assembly, realizing the rapid construction of the "X"-shaped truss structure.
- A new type of pile shoe support device has been developed to advance the pile lifting test to the regular dock stage, effectively reducing the risk of pre-lifting piles at the terminal. An analysis and study on the influence of alluvial and sedimentary soft soil layer on the platform's pile extraction ability was carried out, and a new method for analyzing platform pile extraction was proposed, which provided theoretical basis and technical support for platform pile extraction operations under similar geological conditions.
During the research process of the project, 15 invention patents have been applied (3 of which have been authorized), 14 utility model patents have been authorized, 3 national standards have been approved, and 26 academic papers have been published.
The research results of this project have been applied and verified in the supporting project, which not only provides strong technical support for the supporting project, but also provides reference for the development of large deepwater jack-up drilling platforms. At the same time, the project results have been successfully applied to the company's follow-up. Among the jack-up drilling platforms, this project bucked the trend while the offshore engineering equipment market is in a relatively depressed state, and created a brand relying on technological innovation, excellent performance and superb quality. It has continuously obtained orders for 7 JU2000E jack-up drilling platforms, which has significant economic and social benefits. It has laid a solid foundation for the serial construction and construction of jack-up drilling platforms of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., and laid a good foundation for building Shanghai into a national offshore engineering equipment design, development and construction base.
