In the current powertrain design, the development of gearboxes not only needs to meet functional requirements such as deceleration, torque increase, and durability, but also pays more attention to driving control quality and driving comfort, thus having strong market competitiveness. The project team members have worked hard for a long time to improve the NVH evaluation system and testing standards independently developed by the gearbox body. They have successfully solved NVH problems such as Rattle, Whine, Judge, Shuffle, Clunk and other abnormal noises in Gearboxes such as SH63P, SCM250 and DCT360. Related technology has been widely used in Roewe, MG and other models, especially in the independently developed wet dual clutch gearbox products, and has been well recognized in the after-sales market. - Innovative technology for NVH control of intake system
A complete NVH work flow and technical specifications for engine air intake system have been established, tracked the development trend of international advanced technologies, and innovatively applied to the development projects of self-owned brand models and models. Using the combination of muffler elements such as resonant cavities, porous silencers, and high-pressure pipeline silencers, the engine intake system noise, pressure pulsation noise, vortex noise, airflow friction noise, as well as broadband airflow noise and pressure relief noise of supercharged engines are suppressed, providing a good guarantee for the smooth development of independent brand model projects.
