The sewage sludge treatment system of Shidongkou Sewage Treatment Plant of Shanghai Chengtou Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. is the first harmless sewage sludge treatment device in China. Since there was no theoretical basis and practical reference for similar projects in China at that time, the sewage sludge treatment system after initial completion could not meet the design goals due to many technical deficiencies. After a series of upgrades and technological innovations, the operating efficiency and standards of the system have reached the best level in China, and the efficiency has increased by more than 1.65 times. In the past three years, it has saved more than 18 million yuan in comprehensive expenses for enterprises. While reducing costs and increasing efficiency, it has also made great contributions to the city's pollutant emission reduction and environmental protection. Since then, my country has achieved zero breakthroughs in this technology., the social benefits reflected are incalculable. The key technologies obtained in this project have been successfully applied to many domestic sewage sludge harmless treatment projects, and have become a new technical standard in the domestic environmental protection industry, playing a leading and demonstration role. Innovation 1: The harmless disposal technology of urban sewage sludge effectively achieves the reduction, stabilization and harmless treatment of sewage sludge.
At present, my country mainly uses landfill methods to dispose of urban sewage sludge. Due to the complex composition of sewage sludge and contains a variety of toxic and harmful substances and bacteria, landfill disposal methods no longer meet sanitary requirements and are not suitable for resource utilization. Landfill disposal methods will not only cause serious pollution to soil and water sources, but also occupy a large amount of precious land resources. Therefore, the harmless treatment technology of sewage sludge is undoubtedly the most effective technical means at present compared with the landfill treatment method, and it realizes the recycling of sludge biomass energy, energy conservation and emission reduction.
Innovation 2; Shidongkou urban sewage sludge harmless treatment technology has been successfully applied for the first time in my country, filling my country's technical gap in this field. It broke the technological monopoly position of developed countries in Europe and the United States in this field and promoted my country's development in this field. Through years of accumulation of operating experience, a complete set of disposal technologies suitable for the harmless treatment of sewage sludge in my country has been formed. It also compiled the first domestic "Technical Specification for Fluidized Bed Drying and Incineration of Urban Sewage Sludge", which will serve as the technical specification for the planning, design, construction, acceptance and operation management of such projects in China in the future, filling the gap in this technical specification in my country. It opens up a path of hope for my country to solve the problem of urban sewage sludge. It provides substantial engineering experience and executable standards for subsequent sewage sludge treatment projects, and provides valuable practical data for the technical integration and promotion of harmless sewage sludge disposal processes in the future. In 2013, the first set of vocational training series of "Sludge Treatment Workers" in China was compiled. In 2014, it was reviewed by relevant national agencies and has been released, filling the gap in training textbooks for this type of work in China.
Innovation 3; Many innovative technologies of this project have been successfully promoted and applied in five projects including Beijing Qinghe Sludge Treatment Project, Shanghai Zhuyuan Sewage Treatment Plant Sludge Treatment Project, and Chinese Academy of Sciences Hangzhou Qige Sewage Treatment Plant Sludge Treatment Demonstration Project., has a promoting effect and guiding significance to the entire industry.
The new technology of the Shidongkou project has obtained 7 national utility model patents, applied for 2 invention patents, compiled and published 1 national industry technical standard, 1 set of national vocational training textbooks, and 5 papers published
