

Project background:
Energy shortage and environmental pollution are the primary problems facing mankind in the 21st century. Seeking clean alternative energy sources is an effective way to solve this problem, especially automotive fuel substitution. As an alternative fuel to gasoline, natural gas has shown obvious comprehensive advantages in economy, environment and other aspects, and is currently in a stage of rapid development around the world. The rapid development of the domestic automobile industry in recent years, the adjustment of the world's energy structure, and the smooth progress of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project have all greatly promoted the conversion of automobile fuels to natural gas. Natural gas is stored in cars at a high pressure of 200 atmospheres, so its filling needs to be carried out at a special filling station and requires specialized equipment much more complex than fuel tankers. The core device of these equipment is natural gas compressor units, which account for almost half of the investment in filling station equipment, which determines the considerable production profits, so this industry has risen rapidly in recent years. Gas station compressors are also called CNG compressors. There are three types of parent station compressors, conventional station compressors, and sub-station compressors depending on the use occasions and the source of natural gas. This equipment belongs to a complete set of mechatronics units, which has high technical content and production technical difficulty, and also has a high production profit margin. Several domestic manufacturers have intervened in the production of CNG complete units, and foreign products are also pouring into the China market. At present, the gross profit margin of this product production is still high, the market demand is also greatly increasing, and the conditions for product production organization and investment are not large, so it is a good entry wedge machine and has broad market prospects.
Results Advantages:
This project started in 1995 and was approved by the National 863 Plan in 2007. The main innovations and leading-edge of the products and technologies developed lie in: ① We hold a number of independent intellectual property patents for related technologies, and we are the first to engage in related technology research and industrial promotion in China, with rich research achievements and industrial promotion experience; ② We have rich practical experience and have developed various specifications of CNG compressor products for parent stations, conventional stations, and sub-stations for many domestic enterprises. At present, many domestic CNG compressor products on sale in the domestic market are developed or assisted in the development, and some products have been exported to dozens of sets abroad;③ We have solid basic research results and author the only domestic scientific research monograph "CNG Compressors and Their Equipment"; ④ Our research level ranks at the forefront of the world. The products of the "R & D and Industrialization of Complete Compressor Units for Large-scale CNG Mother-Child Stations" project developed based on the National 863 Plan have been industrialized and serve large natural gas development institutions such as PetroChina and Sinopec.
At present, the widespread application of domestic natural gas vehicles is still limited to western regions and cities such as Xi'an, Chengdu, and Urumqi. With the progress of the West-East Gas Pipeline Project and the discovery of oil and gas fields in the East China Sea, most areas in eastern my country will quickly start natural gas vehicle technology development. The construction of gas stations is the basic facility for the development of gas vehicles, so the next 5 to 10 years will be a peak period for demand for gas station equipment products. It is expected that the domestic market demand will be at least 1000 units before 2010. Ten years ago, natural gas vehicles and refueling station equipment were mainly imported from abroad. In the past five years, relevant technologies and all devices have been fully localized. Technology research and development, product production, parts and components matching, corresponding engineering design, installation and debugging, etc. can be solved, and the time is ripe for market intervention. CNG compressor units are large-scale complete sets of equipment and are produced on an order-based basis. They are a typical machinery manufacturing industry. At present, the gross profit margin of product production is about 40%, and the benefits are considerable.
Cooperation conditions:
The total investment of the project is about 20 million yuan, including 3 million yuan in infrastructure costs, 8 million yuan in equipment costs, 7 million yuan in working capital, and 2 million yuan in other countries. The factory and office area is 800 square meters, 5 technicians and 30 workers, the annual production capacity is 50 to 80 units, and the annual sales volume is 50 to 100 million. Cooperation methods: technology transfer, technology entrusted (cooperative) development, technology licensing, technology equity participation. The partner is required to have a background in industrial production, preferably with experience in machining and manufacturing, assembly and complete sets of mechanical and electrical products.
