

This project belongs to the field of urban informatization, involving transportation engineering, computer software, automation control, system integration and other related disciplines. The core area of the International Tourist Resort, 7km2, is a world-class comprehensive tourist resort area covering ldquo; themed amusement, tourism exhibitions, sports and leisure rdquo; and other industries. As of May 2019, a total of more than 51 million tourists have been received, with an average of nearly 50,000 per day. The highest daily passenger flow in the resort is 100,000, and the peak hourly passenger flow is 28,900. Shanghai Disneyland in the resort is the sixth Disney amusement park in the world and the first in the mainland of China after Los Angeles, Orlando, Tokyo, etc., with a peak daily passenger flow of 63,000 passengers, bringing certain challenges to the operation and management of the tourist resort. This project aims to build a safe, intelligent, comprehensive, humane, refined and standardized (three types and three modernizations) international tourist resort. It has developed key technologies such as passenger flow and integrated collection and analysis of traffic flow in the resort, data prediction and mining, refined services for people and traffic flow, centralized and unified monitoring and management of equipment and facilities, and coordinated command of safety and emergency. It has built a resort smart comprehensive operation and tourist information service platform and 8 application systems. The platform gathers about 5G of data per day, and the peak computing intensity reaches 26 times per second. It plays a fruitful role in the collaborative operation management of resorts. Main scientific and technological innovation achievements: (1) Research and design& ldquo; one total, eight children and five layers& rdquo; The information system architecture of the company, namely a general platform (intelligent integrated operation and tourist information service platform), eight subsystems (passenger flow management, traffic management, facilities and equipment management, event management, data mining, video surveillance, information sharing, mobile applications) and five sub-levels (hardware infrastructure, basic software platform, data information layer, information integration platform, application system), adopts private cloud platform technology to realize resource virtualization and maximum utilization. (2) Research on the integrated collection and analysis technology of passenger traffic in the resort based on multiple technologies such as mobile phones, video, Bluetooth, and bus cards to accurately understand the passenger flow in the park. Through abnormal traffic data processing and data prediction of passenger flow and traffic mechanism, a traffic flow state perception model based on fuzzy C-means clustering (FCM) is established, and the quality factor discovery model and correlation technology based on expert knowledge + machine learning are studied, which are applied to The data mining system of the resort tourist information service platform, 86.2% have passenger flow prediction error rate less than 10% since operation. The correlation degree of equipment and facilities reaches 35%, making it easy for linkage to discover operating conditions. (3) Based on passenger flow management, traffic management, mobile application and other systems, conduct refined, standardized, and unified monitoring and management of people, traffic flow, equipment and facilities in the resort, so as to make it known, controllable, and serviceable, and improve management and Service level ensures the safe and orderly operation of the resort. At present, Shanghai Disney Resort has more than 300 million app users, with a maximum daily visit of 58,000. The platform enables dynamic real-time monitoring of about 12000 equipment and facilities in the park, reducing the equipment failure rate by an average of 12% per month, and increasing the equipment failure recovery time by an average of 1.5 hours. (4) A tourist resort emergency command system has been built for the multi-department collaborative management mechanism of the resort. Since its operation for more than 300 days, the daily passenger flow has exceeded 60,000 passengers for more than 100 days. In case of emergencies such as heavy passenger flow, heavy rain, and freezing, the platform launches an emergency linkage mechanism to ensure the safe operation of the resort. This project has completed a total of 1 enterprise technical standard, 2 authorized patents, 8 approved software copyrights, and 8 published papers. The project achievement level has reached international advanced level and has been successfully promoted and applied to 14 projects. Achievements such as passenger flow monitoring, data mining, and emergency coordination have been applied in projects such as Tianjin Eco-City, Zhuhai Air Show, and Ninghai TOCC, producing a cumulative economic benefit of approximately 173 million yuan.
