TencentCloud Carbon Engine (tan) is Tencent's first production-based carbon emission calculation platform to implement the dual carbon concept. Based on the powerful data, user, and application connectivity capabilities of the energy connector EnerLink, and the modeling and analysis capabilities of the energy digital twin EnerTwin, efficient aggregation of multiple data sources is achieved. The carbon engine is based on national standard emission accounting methods, recommended parameters, and emission factors. It provides a highly flexible calculation and editing tool that is suitable for all types of carbon inventories.
