

This project belongs to the field of energy and environmental technology. It is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving bowl-type medium-speed coal mills developed by Sheneng Anhui Huaibei Pingshan Power Plant that combines the advantages of SM and HP coal mills and has independent intellectual property rights. This product belongs to the first in China. The starting and ending time of this project is from January 2013 to December 2016. Shenneng Anhui Huaibei Pingshan Power Plant is an energy planning project of the second phase of the National Development and Reform Commission of the ldquo; Anhui Electric Power Transmission to the East, and has been included in the ldquo; 12th Five-Year Plan; major energy planning projects. The user hopes to build this project into the first domestic and international first-class power plant, so he needs to choose first-class coal mill equipment. The user originally wants to choose SM coal mill, but there is no SM coal mill technology in China. If it is introduced, it will require huge introduction costs. In addition, the SM coal mill itself is expensive. The user hopes that our company will develop a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving MW coal mills that combines the advantages of SM coal mills and HP coal mills. The performance of the newly developed MW coal mills must reach the level of SM coal mills. Its price must be basically equivalent to that of HP coal mills. The difficulty of this project is that in the absence of drawings and data of the SM26 coal mill, it is necessary to organically integrate the advantages of the SM coal mill and the HP coal mill to develop a MW26 coal mill with independent intellectual property rights with performance that reaches the level of the SM26 coal mill and the price is basically equivalent to that of the HP1003 coal mill of the same specification. Therefore, this research and development project must first compare the advantages and disadvantages of the HP type coal mill and the SM type coal mill in detail, conduct in-depth study of the deep-seated structural differences behind the different performances of the two types of coal mills, and grasp the essence of the problem from the working principle, thereby integrating the advantages of the two types of coal mills, and obtain the key parameters of the MW26/Dyn coal mill through three-dimensional simulation, numerical simulation and other methods. The basic parameters of the newly developed MW26/Dyn coal mill are as follows: 1) Grinding bowl diameter: 2610mm;2) Basic output: 87.2 t/h;3) Maximum inlet air flow: 102t/h;4) Grinding bowl speed: 37.86 r/min;5) Main motor rated power: 650 kW;6) Maximum ventilation resistance: 6500 Pa. This R & D project develops a dynamic separator for a MW-type coal mill in accordance with the technical requirements of clean, environmentally friendly and efficient power generation, thereby improving the uniformity of pulverized coal, increasing the burnout rate of pulverized coal in the boiler, and reducing NOx emissions and carbon content in fly ash. At present, the MW26/Dyn coal mill has been successfully operated in Pingshan Power Plant for more than 3 years, and all indicators have met the design requirements. Relying on this project, 4 patents (including 1 Indian patent) have been applied for, of which 1 invention patent and 2 utility model patents have been authorized, and Indian patents have entered the stage of public review. The successful research and development of the MW coal mill will further improve the energy conservation level of the power industry. After secondary innovation and improvement, the high-efficiency and energy-saving MW-type coal mill can also be used in new processes and new technologies in coal liquefaction, coal gasification, grinding steel slag, copper ore and other related industries, which will play a certain role in building a resource-saving society in my country. The promotion role will produce huge social benefits.
