The ship migration and ring segment docking system is a new type of special equipment that serves the flat-ground shipbuilding process. It uses distributed hydraulic power units to provide power. The system uses servo valves combined with pressure and displacement sensors to achieve accurate feedback closed-loop control of cylinder pressure and stroke. It can be used for both entire ship moving operations and ring segment docking operations. During ship transfer operations, the system weighs the ship and automatically groups the trolleys for load control; during docking operations, the combined displacement of jacking, walking, and traversing is accurately controlled, coupled with supporting control algorithms, to achieve accurate segmentation/ring segments. Three-dimensional docking. The system mainly includes 40 250-ton conveying trolleys and 40 250-ton three-dimensional trolleys (it can be expanded to 100 trolleys for ship movement at the same time). According to whether it has the horizontal movement function, the 250-ton trolley is divided into two types: three-dimensional trolley and conveying trolley; according to whether it has a drive motor, the 250-ton trolley is divided into two types: active trolley and driven trolley. A 250-ton driving trolley (with reduction motor) and a 250-ton driven trolley can form a 500-ton combined trolley. Before the docking operation, the sections/ring sections are seated on the steel brackets. According to the process layout requirements, several three-dimensional carriages form the docking system. The trolley enters the bottom of the steel bracket and lifts up the section/ring section under the control of the electronic control system. After completing the position and attitude adjustment of 6 degrees of freedom, the steel bracket drops down and serves as a pier. Considering meeting the functional requirements of the operation, the main focus is on displacement control for the trolley. Before the ship transfer operation, the ship to be transferred is seated on steel supports and cement piers. According to the process layout requirements, several conveying carriages and three-dimensional carriages form a ship moving system. The trolley enters the bottom of the steel bracket and under the control of the electronic control system, lifts the ship up for walking. After reaching the designated position, the steel bracket falls down and serves as a pier. Considering the safety of the operation process (especially the barge crossing), the main focus is on load control for the trolley. This system is a new type of special equipment developed for flat shipbuilding technology. It can participate in the entire process from platform shipbuilding to ship transfer and docking: through the three-dimensional docking system composed of free combination of three-dimensional trolleys, 1,000 can be completed.~The docking operations of sections, rings and even semi-ships ranging from 4000 tons break through the tonnage limit of gantry cranes; through the free combination of a transfer trolley and a three-dimensional trolley, the transfer and transfer of ships of different tonnage can be completed. The system has been applied on the platform production line of Guangzhou Shipbuilding International Nansha Plant, completing the transfer and docking of 50000DWT ships on the platform, meeting the requirements of the ldquo; flat shipbuilding + semi-submersible barge launching; shipbuilding model, and realizing the launch of the first ship after the platform line was put into operation, with significant social and economic benefits.
