The project belongs to the field of ship engineering science and technology. The comprehensive survey vessel (Offshore Oil 707) is a multi-functional comprehensive survey vessel designed by Shanghai Shipbuilding Research and Design Institute for China Offshore Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. The construction unit is China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It has multiple functions such as water depth topography measurement, shallow strata profile and seabed landform and obstacles survey, high-resolution digital seismic survey, seabed surface sampling, marine hydrological environment observation, engineering geological drilling/sampling, and in-situ static penetration test (CPT). The ocean data obtained by ocean engineering survey operations basically cover all ocean elements, from deep structures to shallow sediments, from seabed topography to sea waves and currents, fouling organisms, etc. The ship can be widely used in offshore oil platform sites, submarine oil pipeline routing, submarine communication optical cables and cable routing, submarine sand reservoir survey, coastal nuclear power plants, cross-sea bridges and terminal construction and other marine engineering fields. As my country's first independently developed and designed comprehensive survey vessel, Offshore Oil 707 ship's performance is at the world's advanced level. The R & D, design, construction and commissioning of this project are milestone events in the development of my country's marine survey industry. They fill the gap in the R & D and design of my country's survey ship. They mark that my country has completely mastered the core technology of this ship type design and are an important step for my country to build a world-class survey fleet and laid a solid foundation for entering the international market. Main innovations: (1) Using advanced technology combining CFD calculation and ship model test research, the hydrodynamic shape of the comprehensive survey ship containing the moon pool was comprehensively optimized and designed, and a passive anti-rolling water tank was set up, successfully developed An excellent ship type with excellent seakeeping, rapidity and controllability. (2) Breakthrough in the comprehensive arrangement technology of multi-functional drilling, survey, analysis and other operating equipment systems. Compared with similar foreign advanced ship types, the main scale is similar, but it has more and stronger functions, a larger deck working area, and is more convenient to use. (3) For the first time, the four-point mooring system layout in the cabin and the innovative design of the tower-like anchor frame have been adopted, which has increased the working area of the stern deck and the cabin space at the front, reduced the height of the ship's center of gravity, and improved the stability of the ship. (4) For the first time in China, the DPM (Dynamic Positioning and Position Mooring System) auxiliary mooring system is equipped to coordinate and interact with the dynamic positioning system to improve the safety of mooring operations. (5) Breakthrough in the welding accuracy control technology of special structural bases and the accuracy installation technology of electric propulsion shafting, special tooling and process methods have been developed, and high-precision installation of bidirectional tilting full-swing propulsion devices has been achieved. (6) 1 authorized invention patent, 1 utility model patent, and 1 paper has been published. Through the implementation of this project, the design and construction of a comprehensive survey vessel with completely independent intellectual property rights in my country has been realized, enabling my country to truly possess the ship type R & D and design capabilities of marine survey vessels, and promoting the scientific and technological progress of my country's high-end offshore engineering operation vessels. At the same time, during the development process of this project, the active use of domestic equipment has promoted the development of relevant supporting industries in my country, enhanced the international competitiveness of my country's ship supporting and survey operation equipment, and has high social benefits. Since the ship was put into production, it has completed a number of well site surveys, wind farm surveys and oil and gas field development operations. It has been able to complete various tasks efficiently, safely and with high quality. The work tasks are full and the economic benefits are considerable. In the first year of production, it has obtained 32 million yuan of new output value and has good economic prospects.
