However, manufacturing a big country does not mean manufacturing a strong country. As "Made in China" becomes more and more expensive and overseas markets become more difficult to enter, China's manufacturing industry is facing a survival dilemma under joint pressure from home and abroad. It is a dilemma, and transformation and upgrading are the road that has to be taken.

In the automobile basic parts manufacturing industry, especially automobile bearing manufacturing, there are still problems of low, scattered and poor quality. In addition to low-level overcapacity, there are also problems of relatively low CNC machining rates and grinding automation levels, resulting in production efficiency. low.
In the automotive safety parts manufacturing industry, especially the airbag manufacturing industry, the design and manufacturing technology of core components are controlled by foreign automobile manufacturers. Many domestic production lines are still operated manually, and automated production lines are introduced from abroad.
In the air-conditioning parts manufacturing industry, especially the compressor manufacturing industry, the production scale is huge. The production line is mainly composed of mechanical processing and mechanical assembly. The loading and unloading and workpiece assembly work are completed manually while maintaining output. At the same time, a large amount of labor needs to be maintained, which is under tremendous pressure today when labor costs are rising.
Research found that intelligent production and intensive management in the above-mentioned related manufacturing fields are of great practical significance. They can fill the domestic gap in intelligent manufacturing technology, enhance the competitiveness of domestic manufacturing in the world, and can be extended to other large-scale production areas.
At the same time, in order to expand the application of intelligent manufacturing, the center is also actively exploring other fields. Today, when information security is receiving increasing attention, strict requirements have been put forward for the supervision of human maintenance in server rooms, and attempts to use intelligent manufacturing technology to achieve computer room maintenance. Demanization and remoteness are conducive to optimizing labor costs, standardizing management behaviors, and improving information security.
