Solution details

*Technology/project introduction (background, current situation, characteristics, etc.): Column series switches: Outdoor vacuum switches are outdoor power distribution equipment with vacuum interrupters for arc extinguishing, SF6 gas insulation (CYZW32 -12 is silicone rubber insulation), rated voltage of 12kV, three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used to switch on and off load current, overload current or short circuit current in power grid.

*Main technical indicators: 64/110kV straight-through joints and insulated joints. The high-voltage cable joint is suitable for synthetic insulated (XLPE) cables with aluminum or copper as the conductor. The cross-sectional area of the cable can reach 1600 mm2 and is mainly composed of a cold shrink intermediate joint and a double shell. The shell is composed of a thick-walled copper shell and a strong FRP shell, filled with high-voltage cable sealant in the middle. The product has excellent mechanical protection properties, trustworthy electrical properties and perfect airtightness. It is the essence of the high-voltage switch design concept.

*Current application situation: Widely used in substation, industrial and mining enterprises, rural power grid distribution systems for protection and control and frequent operation places. The switch can be equipped with an intelligent controller developed by our company, which can remotely operate the opening/closing of the switch. It has overcurrent protection, quick break protection, small current ground protection and loss of voltage protection. It also has reclosing function and anti-inrush current function. According to the specific conditions of the line, this intelligent controller is equipped on the vacuum switches at each section of the line, and set 0 respectively.~Three reclosures, thus forming an intelligent distribution automation system to realize automatic protection of distribution lines.

*Application prospects of "civilian joining the army" or "military conversion": Products are widely used in military equipment supporting facilities, and military units are welcome to cooperate in development and application.
