The project belongs to the discipline of marine port equipment.
The core capability of large-depth underwater operations is the deep diving operation capability. The deep diving operation capability consists of saturated diving operation technology and a deep diving operation mother ship with large-depth and high-sea state operation capabilities.
The ship is classified by China Classification Society and is mainly equipped with a 300-meter saturated diving equipment system, a 90-meter pipe diving equipment, a working type unmanned remotely controlled submersible (ROV), a 140-ton offshore engineering crane, a 350-ton offshore crane A-frame, a 250-ton dual-drum hydraulic streamer and anchoring positioning, etc. It is equipped with a diving moon pool and a working moon pool, an anti-tilt load regulation system, a helicopter platform, etc. It adopts a 6600-volt medium voltage electric propulsion system and highly redundant secondary dynamic positioning technology. This ship has multiple operating functions such as large depth saturated diving operations, conventional air diving operations, ROV detection operations and underwater engineering lifting operations.
The main innovations of the project are:
(1) For the first time, it has successfully achieved comprehensive optimization of large-depth manned and unmanned submersible equipment systems such as 300-meter saturated diving, 90-meter pipe diving, and 3000-meter unmanned remotely operated submersible (ROV) operations on a ship. It is the first ship awarded by China Classification Society to "Saturation Diving System" additional logo and meet the requirements of the latest "Safety Rules for Special Purpose Ships 2008 (SPS2008)".
(2) Advanced technology combining CFD calculation and ship model test research was used to optimize the design of the hull line shape and the two moon pools, and the ship's excellent speed, seakeeping, controllability and water flow stability in the moon pool were obtained. The ship type was confirmed by real ship applications.
(3) For the first time, the saturated submersible moonpool wave absorbing technology and device for wet wave absorbing in the submersible moonpool and bubble damping wave absorbing in the submersible moonpool have been successfully developed. Practical applications have shown that it can effectively eliminate the impact of water waves in the submersible moonpool on the diving bell. The slamming and vertical suction air lock phenomenon ensure the safety of the diving bell diving and exiting water.
(4) Comprehensively optimized and arranged a variety of large-scale offshore engineering operation equipment such as 140-ton offshore engineering cranes, 350-ton offshore crane A-frame, 250-ton double-drum hydraulic towing machines, and anchor lifting equipment, breaking through a variety of large-scale underwater operations. Core technology.
(5) Breakthrough in key technologies of safety assurance systems such as second-level dynamic positioning, four-point mooring positioning at a water depth of 150 meters, multi-cabin passive anti-rolling water tanks, active rapid anti-roll load regulation, and large helicopter take-off and landing.

The maximum depth of saturated diving operations of the "Deep Diving" in the Hashiki Liwan Project reached 313.5 meters, setting a new record for large-depth saturated diving operations in my country, achieving a historic breakthrough in the commercial application of 300-meter saturated diving operations, and reaching the world's advanced level.
The ship type of deep diving mother ship is highly technical and professional, and involves many key technologies. The project research has broken through and mastered the key technologies of independent research, design and application of deep diving mother ship with large depth and high sea conditions operating capabilities. It fills the domestic gap and has a significant social impact on the domestic independent research and development of high-tech special engineering ships.
