"Carbon Base" is a dual-carbon digital basic open platform independently designed and developed by Tencent Carbon Neutralization Laboratory. It is based on recognized methodologies, carbon emission factor libraries, emission categories and carbon emission reduction activities, and combines Tencent's big data, AI and financial technology.(FiT) provides blockchain and other technical capabilities to build a data collection, calculation, verification, and accounting system, which can provide calculation support for carbon emission reduction and carbon emissions for various scenarios and industries. At the same time, it supports a modular, flexible splicing and cloud-native open platform for rapid replication of SaaS services. In addition,"Carbon Base" also supports the rapid binding of Mini programs. Enterprises or governments can flexibly develop customized carbon inclusive platforms through the call of Open APIs.
