This project belongs to the field of water conservancy engineering. Seawall is Shanghai's first and most important safety barrier against storm surge disasters. Affected by multiple factors such as typhoons, waves, and water currents, seawalls are damaged to varying degrees every year. ldquo; annual repair rdquo; has become the proper term for seawall maintenance. The sea wall in Shanghai City is 523 kilometers long (also known as ldquo; Thousand Miles Sea Wall rdquo;), distributed in the Yangtze River Estuary, Hangzhou Bay and three islands of Chongming, Changxing and Hengsha. The embankment lines are long and there are many types, making it difficult to inspect, maintain, repair and manage the sea wall. Based on the investigation and evaluation of the seawall system, the project analyzed and studied the damage mechanism of different parts in different areas, proposed a series of seawall maintenance technical plans, revised quotas and developed special pricing software, forming a seawall maintenance technical application system, focusing on solving problems such as refinement of seawall management, standardization of maintenance and maintenance, and standardization of quota pricing, forming guidance and normative documents, and achieving the following main innovative results: (1) Comprehensively and systematically investigate the operating status of the seawall in Shanghai, reveal the damage mechanism of different parts of the seawall in different areas. Comprehensively and systematically investigate the operating status of the seawall, common damage parts of the seawall and daily management conditions in each district and county. According to the external sea waves, water flow, and beach conditions in different areas, as well as the damage of the seawall beach protection project, outer slope, embankment top, inner slope and other parts, and conduct in-depth analysis of the internal and external causes of damage based on the data and early maintenance work experience. It then reveals the damage mechanisms of different areas, different functions, and different parts of the pond, and improves the maintenance theories of a series of seawall. (2) Propose a series of full-factor maintenance and maintenance technologies for seawall to improve the level and quality of seawall maintenance and maintenance projects. Based on the research on seawall damage mechanism, appropriate maintenance and maintenance technologies are proposed for different parts, different formation causes, and different damage degrees. Combined with the opinions and suggestions of the maintenance unit and the management department, fully considering the aspects of construction operability, safety and maintenance economy, and introducing new methods, new processes, and new materials, the guiding maintenance plan for various seawall maintenance projects is systematically determined. Improve the level and quality of seawall maintenance projects. (3) Revision the quota and develop special pricing software to standardize the valuation behavior of seawall maintenance. Based on a large number of surveys such as the original trial quota use, facility quantity and maintenance rate, and new technology applications, the content, frequency and starting maintenance of seawall are standardized for the first time. Judgment standards for starting maintenance are proposed, and quota sub-item consumption, labor and machine prices, sub-item unit prices, maintenance rates, etc. are systematically compiled, and special quota pricing software is developed to meet the needs of national investment management. Standardize the pricing behavior of seawall repair and maintenance. (4) Formed a seawall maintenance and maintenance technology application system, standardized seawall maintenance and maintenance work, compiled and completed a series of achievements such as maintenance and maintenance technical procedures, guidance manuals, pricing quotas and special software for refined management of seawalls, forming a system suitable for seawall maintenance in Shanghai City, laying the foundation for legalization, standardization and refinement of seawall management. The "Shanghai City Seawall Repair and Maintenance Regulations (SSH/Z10010-2017)" and "Shanghai City Seawall Repair and Maintenance Quota (SSH/Z10006-2017)" formed by the research results have been listed as Shanghai City industry standards for implementation. The monograph "Shanghai City Seawall Repair and Maintenance Guide" was published by China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Press in October 2016, published 5 papers and obtained 2 invention patents. The research results have been applied in dozens of seawall maintenance and maintenance projects in Shanghai, guiding and standardizing the refined management of seawall maintenance and maintenance, filling the gaps in domestic normative and guiding documents for seawall maintenance and maintenance, and achieving economic and social benefits and ecological environmental benefits. Significant benefits.
