Zero carbon (near-zero carbon) data center demonstration project. The project adopts the integrated development technology of submarine data center and offshore wind power, and uses seawater for cooling. It mainly builds a 2.3-megawatt submarine computing cabin, and supports the construction of shore station facilities and business service centers. After the project is completed, it can achieve an electric energy utilization efficiency of less than 1.15, direct offshore wind power supply of 95%, corresponding wind turbine adjustable capacity of more than 10%, zero water consumption, and 90% land conservation.
