It is divided into two topics: quality evaluation and inspection technology research on imported LNG and quality safety evaluation and inspection technology research on imported aviation kerosene. With the continuous development of my country's economy and the continuous growth of the civil aviation industry, the demand for aviation kerosene is also increasing. However, due to historical reasons, the standard for No. 3 jet fuel currently used in my country is quite different from the internationally accepted testing standard for aviation kerosene Jet A-1. This not only makes it out of touch with international aviation kerosene production and trading, but also affects the inspection and quarantine work. It has brought inconvenience. Through research on this topic, we analyzed and compared domestic and foreign aviation kerosene specifications and testing standards, and established a series of inspection standards, which provided practical and reliable testing method basis for testing personnel and established a quality testing standard for imported aviation fuel suitable for the international market. Lay the theoretical foundation; Based on the actual work situation, we changed from passive solving problems to proactive discovering problems. We creatively conducted research on pre-shipment inspection and rapid testing before unloading of aviation kerosene, and proposed feasible plans and testing methods for testing, initially realizing multi-step, multi-link quality control; On this basis, by developing dynamic monitoring system software for imported aviation kerosene, applying computer processing and analysis capabilities and database management system, a complete quality database of aviation kerosene from the source production plant has been established, realizing all-round and three-dimensional monitoring of aviation kerosene quality. Dynamic monitoring. Due to the relatively backward nature of my country's natural gas industry, the research on natural gas in relevant industries lags far behind the level of similar foreign industries, resulting in a lack of deep understanding of natural gas among domestic consumers. The testing department's grasp of testing standards is not comprehensive enough, and the technical standards required for testing are uneven and there is a lack of testing technicians. During the research process, we collected a large number of foreign information on natural gas, such as relevant introduction documents, testing data, method standards, etc. Through comprehensive research on these materials, our technical level in this field has been greatly improved. The establishment of relevant standards has improved the relative lack of standards in my country's natural gas field, provided practical and reliable testing method basis for testing personnel, and also provided technical support for relevant departments in my country to evaluate, track and supervise the quality of imported liquefied natural gas. guarantee. The successful development of imported liquefied natural gas testing software provides fast and accurate working software for testers in the natural gas field to inspect imported liquefied natural gas, greatly improving the efficiency of testing work. At the same time, it also provides a reliable technical supervision means for port supervision and management departments to supervise and manage the quality of imported natural gas. This project published 14 scientific research papers, including 1 in EI and 5 in Chinese core journals; formulated 13 standards, including 1 national standard; applied for 1 invention patent; developed 2 sets of management software; and cultivated 3 personnel with senior professional titles, including 1 researcher and 2 senior engineers. The research results of this project are widely used in the fields of import and export of aviation kerosene and LNG at home and abroad, with significant social and economic benefits. 2010-2012 In 2009, it brought economic benefits of 36 million yuan to project research units.
