

"ARJ21 - 700 Aircraft Power System Laboratory Test Airworthiness Compliance Verification Method and Application" is a scientific research achievement of Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute in the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" key project-the ARJ21 - 700 New Turfan Regional Aircraft Project. It belongs to the core technology for airworthiness certification MOC4 of a new turbofan regional aircraft with independent intellectual property rights developed in accordance with international airworthiness standards. It is one of the key technologies to ensure that the new turbofan regional aircraft is put into commercial operation and enter the route.
Part FAR/CCAR-25 is the airworthiness specification for transport aircraft. It is used to issue and change the type certificate of transport aircraft. It is a regulatory and technical regulation. The basis for compliance verification is based on the model design. Relevant airworthiness provisions of the Ministry and the special conditions added to the design of this model. The ARJ21 - 700 aircraft power supply system laboratory test airworthiness compliance verification method combines the model design characteristics and specific conditions to formulate a more realistic and specific airworthiness compliance verification procedures, making compliance verification and review work more in-depth and comprehensive to achieve accurate, effective and rapid airworthiness compliance verification purposes.
The following innovative results have been mainly obtained:
- The first test compliance verification method and evaluation system for civil aircraft power supply system laboratory with core independent intellectual property rights in China is used to effectively and comprehensively verify the performance of the power supply system and provide verification ideas and methods for system compliance verification. The verification result of this project is the first project approved by the FAA among all shadow review projects, which strongly supports the airworthiness compliance verification of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft;
- A test model establishment method that truly reflects the nature and actual situation of the system under test is proposed, which solves the problem of consistency between the test configuration and the aircraft's airborne state, reduces the workload of on-board flight test verification, and improves the compliance verification efficiency of the power supply system.;
- A comprehensive test platform that complies with airworthiness specifications has been developed, which solves technical problems such as simulation of aircraft engine drive characteristics, monitoring of loading and unloading, and decoupling of information between systems. The test platform has test reproduction and data traceability capabilities, breaking through the key technologies of critical situation and fault state simulation, and providing a strong basis for rapid location of fault points on board.
- A semi-physical simulator based on open interface functions was developed for the first time, which solved the problem of decoupling between aircraft electrical systems and other systems such as avionics in ground tests, and realized the cross-linking of aircraft electrical systems and other systems such as avionics. Measurement and control and power supply system pilot operating procedures man-machine interface verification.
Two invention patents, one utility model patent, two standards and their applicability verification, and more than 6 papers have been published.
Using this achievement, the airworthiness compliance verification of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft power supply system was completed. It was the first time in China that it was implemented in accordance with FAA airworthiness regulations and the latest international industry standards. The evaluation system, test model, verification procedures and methods of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft power supply system MOC4 have passed the FAA-CAAC review and review and obtained the airworthiness approval label issued by the CAAC. The MOC4 verification result of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft power supply system is the first project to pass the shadow review at one time since FAA-CAAC launched the shadow review, and was evaluated by the FAA as: "The shadow review observation results were successful, and the experiment was carried out in an orderly manner and can serve as a model for other shadow review projects." This will increase the FAA's confidence in the airworthiness certification of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft, ensure the progress of model qualification, and lay a solid foundation for the early entry of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft into the route.
This achievement has been successfully applied to other shadow review projects of the ARJ21 - 700 aircraft, and has been promoted and applied to ISO12384 and HB8432 applicability verification, as well as domestic Y20, C919, MA700 and other aircraft models, achieving good economic benefits. It is of great significance and good social benefits to improving the airworthiness compliance verification level of my country's aircraft system laboratory.
