After the "911" incident, countries around the world have strengthened technical defense construction in military and civilian fields such as airports, military bases, land borders, ports, nuclear power plants, and inflammable and explosive material warehouses, and increased investment in research and development of perimeter security systems. At present, perimeter security technology mainly uses "signal-driven" technology-that is, it uses infrared radiation, vibrating optical fiber, high-voltage pulses and other technical means to determine whether there is an intrusion by setting thresholds. This shortcoming is that it cannot be achieved. Real-time monitoring and protection of a wide range of perimeter weather, all-day, and three-dimensional. With the continuous maturity of Internet of Things related technologies, a perimeter security system based on IoT multi-sensing technology jointly developed by the Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology of China Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Internet of Things Co., Ltd. has successfully filled the technical flaws in traditional perimeter security systems.
A perimeter intrusion event detection method based on data collaboration between multiple heterogeneous sensor detection technologies has been proposed for the first time in China. This method fully considers the detection characteristics, detection range and layout methods of the front-end enclosure sensing system, supports all mainstream detection systems on the market, and designs a fusion algorithm based on observation data or decision results of a strip sensor network, realizing border security Monitoring technical system.
For the first time in China, a comprehensive application processing solution for efficient integration and intelligent processing technology of massive front-end sensing data has been designed. By establishing a basic data sharing mechanism and a multi-service correlation software system, an intelligent application processing system that quickly interacts with tactile and visual sensing systems has been developed.
For the first time in China, an intelligent video set linkage review algorithm and multi-target tracking model have been established, which are compatible with the video surveillance systems of existing mainstream manufacturers, providing a new video surveillance solution for the security video surveillance industry and greatly reducing security system integration costs.
For the first time in China, perimeter security system platform software based on a reconfigurable middleware model has been developed. Adopting the modular design idea, the data transmission module, data storage module, data application module and database are separated, realizing a normalized interface and multi-threaded parallel processing working mode, which has good security, versatility and extensibility.
The project has obtained 15 national invention patents, 2 national software copyrights, published 40 related papers, and submitted 26 international standard proposals. After searching and searching, this technology is the first in China, innovative and practical, and its overall technology has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level of similar research. The project technology has been applied to the perimeter intrusion prevention system of Pudong Airport, the border security system of the Expo Park, the perimeter security system of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and the intelligent security system of smart cities, and has achieved good results. The implementation of this project has enhanced Shanghai City's technological advantages in the field of security, accelerated the application and promotion of sensor network and Internet of Things products in the field of security, generated tens of millions of yuan in economic benefits, and effectively leveraged the industrial upgrading and rapid development of hundreds of millions of industrial chains in the field of information technology, and the indirect economic benefits are very significant.
